Mulling is where u have a character just to hold items.
Im not sure about parking but i think it has something to do with transfering items to mules

Parking is just when people stick a mule character (one made to hold items) into a game waiting for it to become "permanent" (ie: a character must be in a game for a total of 2 hours within the first 10 days of creation or it will expire afterwards.)

Although itis possible to keep reseting the timer bye joining a game, it is just tedious when one has a buncha mules.

Since when did Neo change his name to Shanky.Ho? :o

Is this really all the lingo that D2 players use? If so it's a lot less than i expected to be. I forgot about the character class lingo, but that seems so universal that everybody should know it.

Assassin is usually shortened to "assy".
