SInce the other thread about SCII suggestions(dont know why) I wanted to say this, this is what would be good(they are not completely new ideas, but improvments that would be good)

Zerg: a 4th stage for hacthery/lair/hive, can think of a good name. And SOME buildings act like Spires(IE greater Hydra Den or Hydra Cavern, ect) that acts like a entire base upgrade(ex: you choose this upgrade and all basic buildings morph into greater___ which adds health and possibly a self-defense). And the ability to "consume" enemies.

Terran: Improvin dropships and BCs, first off...BCs should be able to be upgraded to something that acts like a carrier for other air units(ex: it holds 4 wraiths, or 2 dropships). Also better and more realisitc weapon configs, a BC should have more than 4 guns, 2 air, 2 land, maybe 8 or 6 is better. Also, a dropship that has either better speed or armor, or even a bunker-type function(but maybe not).

Protoss: Remove shuttle, pointlessy worhtless, no capacity, low armor, no weapons, and its more effieceint to use a arbiter.

Fuck no. That would completely imbalance the game. No reaver drops and tanks would decapitate protoss.

I like it, but what kind of upgrades can be available for the units for each building? And the consume ability only works on units.

I like the better speed and armor, but the added turrets and carrier ability on the BC? No, just no.

I kind-of agree on it, but it's faster and cheaper then an arbiter, and the speed and armor is upgradeable, if you don't like the standards.

three things
1 i dont think the zerg buildings should be able to "eat" things instead just let them dammage them like in warcraft
2 where the hell did you come up with the carrier/bc idea?? but the gun things wud be cool 2 for air and 2 for ground
3 dont get rid of the shuttle because it make the game totaly unballanced

Nah, this would imbalance the game a lot. Poof, and a foe unit would disappear. Obviously enough, everyone would aim at the more meaty and/or high tech' tree units with this.
Plus, it screams too much like Cannibalize (a Ghoul upgradable ability) from WC3-TFT. :P

infest them
zerg queen able infest most units
as long requirements met
1. low health
2. low shields
has ability
unit infested would be a sucider
after infesting a unit that unit can be made at
infested comand center or infested nexus
when queen is infesting a unit it covers it with a cacoon
this cacoon is on the ground and quite vulnerable
it takes more than 1 queen to infest some units
unit is seen on both players screens
if the infestion is over half way done then the unit is deem lost and will be shot
restoration can restore any of your units or kill any produced infested units
infesting tech units will produce weird new units that have unknow consquences
more you infest units, the units produced might be evolved.
works on critters also

The creator of the thread doesn't fully understand the meaning of efficiency. And neither does anyone else, considering I didn't spot a single clear rebuttal to things that truly mattered (ie. the shuttle removal). But what do I know, the only thing that matters in SC is balance, and anything that is declared problematic or an error is identifiable as 'unbalanced'. Removing the shuttle wouldn't inbalance the game dumbasses. It'd destroy several strategies, oppurtunities, and ways to make the game fun. But we all know balance is the one thing that truly matters.

Wow, never before have I seen such an inflated ego. Efficiency? WTF are you talking about? It's not like Blizzard is going to listen to this guy anyway.

How would it not unbalance the game? Have you ever even seen or played a SC game at all? Taking away shuttles would leave Protoss the only unit without any real transport. Ooo arbiters can transport units too! But, they're the highest thing in protoss tech tree and too expensive. No way to drop zealots between tanks, no reaver drops, dumbass.

Alright owned, what you mentioned is what I already said. Thanks for pointing that out. You're hitting on yourself, not me.

Get your terms right. Not only would it unbalance the game, it'd make the game less fun. Balance aint the only thing that matters here.

The reason I say this is because ppl have made such a huge god damn deal over balance that I'm sure everyone 'gets it' by now. I attack the whole whiny unbalance issue because I'm trying to lay off the pressure a bit. And if you don't understand this, your a prick and a prude who shouldn't ever get involved in any debate of greater importance then what happens to be involved here.
