Er, I've started making a campaign and I would like to know: How do you create cinematics? Anyone got any links to good guides or something?

cant direct you; im self-taught; but mess around with the triggers, esp the "camera" and "cinematic" sections withing the "actions". you probably alredy know that though...but before anything, u have to create cameras with the camera pallete.

Make use of the 'Cinematic - Turn cinematic mode On' and 'Cinematic - Turn cinematic mode Off' with whatever you want to happen in the cinematic between.
To best understand how to create a cinematic extract a Blizzard campaign map from the .MPQ files (using WinMPQ or similar) and take a look at their cinematic triggers. They often include stuff like camera work, letterbox mode, unit manipulation, transmissions and exiting a cinematic while it's running.

I like to call that the Bread of the Sandwich. Always put whatever you want to happen in the Cinematic by sandwiching your meat with bread.

Yeah, actually. Does anyone know how to use the terrain from, say, Cityscape in a Lordaeron Fall schemed landscape?

in the "Terrain Editor" go to Advanced -> Modify Tileset
then check off 'Use custom tileset' ;)
(then delete, add, replace, etc...) :D
(just keep in mind that certain tiles can't be removed (Cliff Tiles, mainly))

hope that helps :)
