DT rushing a zerg player

ok. so before the game started, this guy picked his race, and then said " no rush", so after building a cannon in case of a rush ( cuz BS sucks) i cooked up this lil jem of a strat.

is this anything anyone does/has done/ has been know to do?

or does anyone know anyother ways to DT rush a zerg player?

no1 will watch cuase you at the lvl of play where you do no rush and if strat is any good its all ready been done

If your going to build photons, early in the game as your primary defence it means that you aren't too good. I also think that no one is going to watch it.

why would you dt rush a zerg? They have overlords, and dt are pretty useless agaisnt hydra... if it's no rush, then just expand all over. If it's no rush 5, take 2 gas expansions, cannon them up, build caonnons near his base, then build like 10 gateways as the 5 minutes is ending.

DT will slaughter units without Detectors, but have weak health if they come across detecting units.

If he rallies all his lords to one spore colony you may be able to take out one of his hatches and/or drones at either the expo or by sneaking into his main. Of course it depends on the map and what the zerg does to counter the sair(s).

A: A newbie player.

If you DT after sair, he'll just spore at his expo...

it was pretty well done. and he built a single cannon. it wasnt his primary defense at all.
