I can't figure out how. I've looked for an explaination to this but haven't found one yet. I'll keep looking. But if anyone knows I'd appreciate an explaination.

simple,you need to use trigers
example let's say that PL 1 and PL 2 are computer,this is the triger
Player:1
Condition:always
Action:Set aliance stastus:Set Player 2 to enemy
and do the same for player 2 but on the action put instead of player 2 player 1
I'm baffled that I didn't see that action before in spite of searching the list twice. Thank you, Zergratul.

player 2 (cp)
always
set ai script to: ect at anywhere

Or if it was important and you wanted it to happen at a certain time you Do - Run AI script- Set importance of area highest. That area covers theyre whole base
