Those are pretty good zergy, the third one's explosion was nice. Second one had a nice flow to it.

I especially like the second one, the whole fight plays off almost flawlessly and that air kick was just sa-weet. First one tells me you've got the movement nicely analysed, but I didn't quite love the third. Bloke touches chick, goes boom,... that explosion could use some work and the fall is just choppy. Plus, the whole idea isn't brilliant

#1 gets a 8/10
#2 gets a 9.5/10
#3 gets a Better Luck Next Time

If I'm posting after the link to your old animations, and have already commented on your new work then it's obvious that I'm talking about your begginer work. :D

And use the term veteran sparingly. You're still at the beginning of the learning curve. Give me a call when you can make really complex animations and then we'll discuss veterans. :)

Not really. I'm not much into animation, actually. However, before you go !omg if u doezn't make animations u cannt opinionate!!!
I can :). Simply because your current work, although it shows some improvement, is still not at a "veteran" level, which would ideally consist in having all the basics mastered, so that you can now focus on the extra goodies such as more detail, longer animations, and perhaps the XTREM LUXURIE of a nice plot.
If this were StarCraft, I'd put you at hasu level, at most
So keep practising, I'll sit here and watch while you get better. Who knows, someday you might get a "ZOMG GOSU" out of me :D

But I'm really not too much into animating. I know it's more rewarding in the long run, but I learnt to hate it in my sophomore high school year. Multimedia class = x_x
Keep practising, though. You're getting better :D

After all, you did send us PMs telling us you had new stuff. There was no need to bump the thread :D

EDIT: Holy q00t... put one against the other, one can really see the improvement in your animations. Oh, alright... to be honest, the original ones fail greatly... but I like the remakes. You've got a better control of movements and pose. They look dramatically more natural now :D

Comments: in the flying bloke one, I feel he runs a bit too fast at first. Maybe it's intentional, but you know... he flashes across the screen in a split second. It looks off. Also, that bit right before he takes to flight gets slightly choppy. You might want to work on it. Oh, but the ending's just great. Receive karma for LOL!!! + instant punch :D

What were you thinking when you removed that part at the end [after the loling guy gets punched] where this line thingy just randomly drops out of the air and lands on his head? That part always makes me giggle, no matter how many times I see it :P
