I started an LLD/MLD clan a while back, but have been havin trouble findin people who are interested in joining, other than people(mostly noobs) who have no idea what LLD or MLD is. I Just wanted to see how many people here are into it and what kinda chars you have. I personaly prefer to duel in the 37 range, but I do have a 26. I'm not into the whole LLD101 scene.. too many people on there who get mad because I call my guys LLD.. even though I dont build my guys to fight their LLDs, only other 37's... but they host me anyway and of couse, lose (typically) then bitch and whine about me not being LLD according to their buddies. Makes no sense to me... I'm ramblin' now. Lemme hear some of your input.

-PS LLD= low level dueling (Anything lvl 9-37 as I view it, broken up into several differnt lvl brackets) MLD= Mid level dueling (38 to about lvl 60, also broken into differnt lvl brackets)

Mmm. Most people consider LLD to be 9, 15, 2x and 29 or something. I'd probably consider 37 to be MLD myself -- not really a LLD.

The cool thing with LLD is that you have to plan out skills much more, since you only get so many skill points, at 37 could have multiple level 30 skills, or a maxed skill like Fissue + Synergy or something.

Anywho. My experience with LLD isn't much -- I was playing one of my druid mules (I give them sigons/Low level stuff and play them for 2 hours) and there was this Sin @ level 9 trying to PK our group, she succeeded in killing 2 of my party, but simply ran through my fissures, killed my sage (he was level 1) and left the game as soon as she got near me -- I was kind of dissapointed. I'd have figured a level 9 sin would know not to run through Fissure =/

Haha, whatever =P LLD sound slike fun, but I've never had the item-wealth to really pull it off.

It really doesnt take much wealth to make one, I'm not that rich on d2 and yet I have like 13 llds. But then again, I don't hld and all my mfing efforts go to lld. NM is perfect for lld mfing. And its relatively easy to gamble for lld circs and ammys. The hardest part about making an lld is massing enough charms for your character (life/mana/ar/max dmg/min dmg/str/dex/res/etc). Best way to combat that is to use whatever you have on hand and upgrade as you mf more.

I'm looking to recruit fresh faces for the lld scene (Mainly in my clan, I'm having trouble recruiting XD) so if anybody's interested in joining- I can probably hook you up with some basic gear for a kicker or something and get your character set (rushed, etc.).

Ya I know I double posted, but its been like a month and I didn't wanna start a new thread XD
