So, what do you want in a custom map? Are you into fast-paced-crazy battle actions, like Footy wars? Or are you a fan of mini-game style maps, like poke the angry ogre, Irish drinking game, or Uther party? Do you want something of a specific type, like AoS, or do you want something original?
as a map forge guy i find these questions important, or at least enlightening.
Most importantly, how important is oringinality and novelty of a map to you? (Yeah, you might have guessed i am big into originality in what i make, so thats why i wonder)
i like maps that are quick easy to pick up, something different.
i like all maps really but if your going to boast how strategic it is for example make sure it actaully is lol

POKE THE ANGRY OGRE>DOTA. Also, don't move the panda is priceless.
If someone made a M:TG map (like updated version of SC:BW one) I'd play that.
Something fun, somewhat competitive, and quick. Like having sex, or playing frisbee but with monsters.

I would choose a map with a new style bcoz that would be definitely lots of stuff to get.

poke the angry ogre should be played at a proffesional lvl :P, iv never played "dont move the panda".
I used to like the original "footman Wars" now its all "footman Frenzy" and that blows lol

wait...like having sex-but with monsters?
but wait...something competitive, so then would you say that a multiplayer map is better than a single player map?
ur statement really says much...as a thinker, i enjoy complex stuff...but u really describe "fun" right on
