View Full Version : Any info about 'hardcoded' stuff?

Can anyone please explain to me what is 'hardcoded'?

I mean, I know what it is, I just wonder isn't that possible to give a hardcoded abillity (cloak, for example) to any unit without knowin' a programming language, only by using an example of existin' units (maybe even by using a copy/paste thing)?

And which file contains this hardcoded info?

Giving a unit cloak isn't hardcoded at all as I recall.

Using memgraph to give the unit a cloak button and setting the unit as cloakable in A3 is how you do it...from my knowledge.

I think its hardocded. You can always use a hero ghost and edit that.

It IS hardcoded, and even if you give the unit a cloak button in memgraft and make 'im cloakable in Arsenal he won't cloak.
Moreover, I'm not really interested in using existed heroes, I want to make one more cloaker.
