I'm making campaign which story is based on continueing TFT campaign.I made this thread because I released introduction to my new campaign Total Disaster and here I'll asking you for help,is that ok?So,ppl here's a Intro to "Total Disaster" (http://www.epicwar.com/maps/14871/)download,and rate my story!I'll don't start for some time making cp because I'm busy with another map.
Your storyline doesn't make sense at all. Medivh is dead long ago... He just left a shadow of his own during Reign Of Chaos. Illidan isn't dead... He just fell down against Arthas in the Battle before Frozen Throne. Later, He, Vashj, Kael and Akama returned to Outland and now they rule overthere. Maive is Prolly still alive and being watched over by Akama. Arthas has fused with Ner'zul to make a single powerful entity.. Hence Scourge is the most powerful faction on Azeroth. The Dimentional Gateway that leads to Azeroth from Outland has been sealed by Illidan and other Gateways that open on Outland from Twisting Nether have been shut off ages past. Also, defeat of Archimonde and Magtheridon has reduced the power of Legion to almost half. Hence the Legion will not attempt at least for the next 5000 years. The only danger that is now is from Scourge and unless the Old Gods come back... (I guess Ragnaros is already back)
So, maybe, If I ask you to divert your storyline to Return of Old Gods. I'd be glad to help with Storyline, Triggers and Spells.

The thing about medivh is correct.
Though I suppose if you base your story on the pre-mmo story, Illidan is dead. Because that was DEFINENTLY implied at the end of TFT. Blizzard pulled a ninja on everyone to get him alive again.
Still, sids right. Can't be alienating people who've been paying attention to the wc storyline all these years.

Hey,hey,I didn't heard for that storyline.I'm continuing TFT as well.As I know,last mission is on frozen throne where Arthas defeated Ilidan and there's end.But if you say so...And where da hell you get that,how I didn't knew for that.If what you say is correct,I'll listen to Sid and change the name.For few weeks,maybe months,I'll post in this thread story for campaign,I think it'll be enjoyable for playing.But campaign will be large,very very large!

Hey ppl,here's attached storyline for 1st mission that I wrote few months ago,little edited.Don't hasitate to edit text or storyline because I don't want to be alone in this.If you want,we'll make map together,persons like Sid,Edwinfong25,Basan or Uberfoop,warinserbia (because we're in the same town).Offcourse,if you have idea for campaign,tell me,don't be shy :D

For a good campaign, you need the three "B's": Booze, Babes and Bongs. Trust me, it works when you have those three elements.

Oddly enough I've seen quite few maps around already and never had seen any of the above mentioned elements nor any combination of such in good maps. Amazingly weird, isn't it? :P
I don't understand, Illidan loved Tyrande and he never got involved with any other Woman! How come he has a Son?

Do you know what he did 10.000 years ago before he gets prisoned.Well,I don't :D.I want to show his mother like Queen of the NE's.Now,pls,what do you think about mission 1?
WELL, Read up the storyline... He spent 5000 years as a Teenage, 10000 years in prison. It's impossible he got on a table with a girl during his imprisonment. (Maieve was on a Strict watch ;) )
So, maybe it's within the first 5000 years, He is around 15,600 years old.
Hehe... So wierd, Illidan having a Son!

Maybe Illidan got with Maieve.
I don't know jack crap about the map editor, but I could help with some cool storyline stuff. I read lots of books, and I know the WC storyline pretty well (not in and out, but pretty well). I tried to read your story Blacker, but it was very hard to read in it's current state..

Wrong, you just never played any of my maps.
To explain the three elements of "B's" i am making a map that compares regular maps to the "B" maps. Unfortunatley, i dont have my TFT disc, and the crack i downloaded only works for the WE and not TFT. So theres no way i can test and debug my problems.

I'm now sure that you dislike my story.
You story ain't bad... It just needs some tweaking. Maybe u can make ur hero a demon hunter currupted by Demonic magics the way Illidan was, and now he's attempting to reach outland at side with Illidan? That could be an interesting story, like he starts from Ashenvale, Jarod - Maieve's bro attempts to catch him and chain him, he escapes, to Barrens, runs to horde, then flies to Sylavanas, she and Varimatras help him to open portal, but Varimathras plans to escape Balnazaar along with our hero, Balnazaar attempts to kill our hero but still he survives, defeating Balnazaar, then he fights Fel Orcs siding with remaining Mok'nathal on Outland, finally reaching the Illidan.
I think this plot is cool. Maybe?

I thought this:
Scarmorphyus (maybe we can say it's Ilidan's and Malfurion's "little brother") ,On the way to Outland where he must find Vashj and Kael,he meets with Kil'jaeden and his demon race and becomes "friends" to catch Lich King.Kil'jaeden capture Kel'Thuzad because he can call Cenarius's ghost to help with mission (whatever mission is).He helps Scarmorphyus.They reaching FT and Kil'jaeden betrayed Scarmorphyus.Scar kills Kil'jaeden and he escapes from his demon race.Then runs your story,heh? ;) As you said that traveling etc,hw can meet with "Old Gods" that survived in ROC and TFT campaign (all human,orc,UD,NE ).
btw,we should think about this:when NE campaign is finished,then run some other race campaign,a?
basically, plot shouldn't kill key characters that may conflict with blizzard.

Have you ever done anything with acting Blacker? If you have, you must remember that when you have a character made by somebody else (or in some cases urself) u have to analyze them an dtheir personalities and all that, making things logical and consistant. I dont care about altering the storyline, my concern is that u could be changing a character's personality. this is especially dangerous when messing with a character's past. I prefer just making completely new characters who were not that huge in the made up past.

WarinSerbia, next time please post the map in it's rightful place. It may be a good map but way before that it aligns with Blacker's campaign project and therefore it should be here (assuming that he asked you for it).
