Oboepen - 5-Power Pilot

For the past few weeks, some of the guys in AP Physics and myself have been playing Diplo to pass the time, but we only have 5 players. So some of us started making 5-player maps.

I think I've made a fairly balanced one here, and I'd like to test it out with the WB community. :)

The key point of this map is that there are 5 balanced powers, and not that there are historically accurate divisions of power. So each "Nation" is called by its color. :p

I will take players on a first-come, first-serve basis. I'm the first here, so I get a spot. :p

Hmm, I think blues a bit too powerful already. In the first year, there is a big chance that they will take two SC centres, possibly 3. Orange can also take two SCs. Green seems is going to have a hard time to get some SCs by encountering resistance from blue, yellow, and orange by bounces. Also, Yellow and Orange are for sure going to be forced into conflict, and that puts Yellow at a disadvantage as Red will almost for sure come up Yellow's backside. I suggest adding one extra unit for yellow to even it out a bit. I see green being demolished by smart moves from blue.

That's all the suggestions I have for now.

I am sorry but I must leave this game. I have gotten a little fed up with some of the members of this forum, so I have decided to take a temporary vacation or permanent leave from these forums. I am not sure which, but I will decide that later on. If it is temporary, I will be back some time after summer starts. If not I won't be back at all. Anyway because I am leaving, I can't play this game anymore. You can do anything you want with my country such as get a replacement or make my country an NAP. The only game I willl be participating in is WhiteKnight Diplomacy because I already have my orders planned out and if I leave that, the whole game will be messed up. Anyway, WhiteKnight Diplomacy will be the only thing I will be doing on these forums for awhile. I won't be posting anymore either till I decide I can return. So...yeah, you get the point.

I think that Yellow can expand like really easily. It's just that it has so many territories and all of its SC's are spread out thinly across the map. Like Orange has six SC's all closely grouped while I mine are either on the top of the map or on the bottom forcing me to decided whether I want to concentrate north or south with expanding.
