or is it only max 4 Spells??? In Frozen Throne, the Heros can have five spells.
If you mean that one of your wished spells are not showing in the toolbar.
Then Its not due to max limit.

You must change the Button Posistion X&Y of that ability, If this would be the case.
You can change the button posistion of the spell in the Ability editor.
However notice, In Reign of Chaos Its 4 spells max.
