cant get windowed SC to run

it says MSCVR09.dll (something like that) is missing. try reinstalling the application. Ive tried and it still dont work!!!! Anybody able to help?

Razor', for a name like that you don't seem very sharp sometimes. :P
You've already created a thread (http://www.warboards.org/showthread.php?t=25325) about it in the right place (the Tech' Annex (http://www.warboards.org/forumdisplay.php?f=25)) a while back, so why making a new one today with new information regarding your old problem but in the SC Debriefing Room? I see no point at all in this action. You should've posted this stuff in the old one and waited for a reply. *Hint, hint* ;)

the program that let you run starcraft in a window was for an older version i think and won't work now.

Its possible with the most recent version of starcraft, I've done it myself.

You've got to find the VB runtime file pack thingy. That or just download that dll file and stick it in the same folder as Starcraft and the SC Window thing.

if is needs to be in the same folder as sc you prob just dont have it in the right place......... not that i use this program, so its just a guess.

Right for your rather cynical comment you are wrong. I posted a thread about cant run SC full screen. This is a program that lets you run SC in a window - for checking maps when editing. OK. Now about the VB runtime files. I have them installed on my comp. what was that other DLL file you mentioned?

Razor', please see what exact error msg it shows and post it here. I can almost bet that it somehow states where the missing file should be. ;)
