Eldar Strategy (DC)

Due to a watching a replay on gamereplays.org of a 2v2 DC game involving an Eldar, a SM, an Ork, and an IG player, i've become fascinated with the Eldar, and was wondering about general strategy.

I've got the basics - Ranger harass and using them to break morale, getting Warp Spiders ASAP and using them as your main attack force, but other than that, specific builds and nuance escape me.

I would like advice on vehicles, build orders, and general tips that would help me improve my game. (I'm looking at replays right now.)

Also, since my girlfriend is heading back to California (:() soon, i'll have a lot more time on my hands. As such, i'll be playing online more. :]

Fof is the only way you can survive as eldar. Hit and run is awesome that way.
Get banshees, with Cow, as in, right now.
Not only do they look cool, they'll be your main killers untill tier two...

A build would be:
Guardian
Bonesinger
Guardian
FOF (fleet of Foot)
Aspect Portal
Gen
Ranger stealth
Ranger
Go tier two
Get two banshees and a 'seer.
(throw in an lp2 somewhere)
