Hey everyone i haven't been to the forums in a while(comp broke)..but i was wondering..is there a way to install wc3 without the cd(expansion as well)..and play it possibly online..I had bought it a long time ago but i have since lost it..I found my cd keys for both games but no cd...If there is a place i can get the installation please let me know..(along with no cd cracks)..I hope i'm not breaking rules...I'm not sure if this is, since i have the lisence to use the game since i had bought it...Thanks guys.

IS that really considered a hack program? I'm not asking for cds, and it's not rating..Since the disc had been lost or damaged(i can't rememebr which), wouldn't it be in turn a....means to have the game?...just wondering...

And as a matter of fact..i was asking if there was a way..in no way wus i asking for a hack..and i had forgotten about iso's at the time

DemonicArchon appears to be asking for a legal way of doing so, hence to the best of my knowledge he's not breaking the forum rules.

You could consider buying a replacement CD from Blizzard - you can find more information on the Battle.net website.

I'm going to let this thread stand for now, because DA isn't actually asking for a link to a hack or CD crack, as Yoda pointed out. I'll see what GA thinks.

Anyway, the only legal ways to get Warcraft back up and running are to either buy it again, or send off for a new CD from Blizzard. If you still have the CD keys, you can get a cheaper replacement, although I'm not sure of the exact price. I'll probably also add this to the Troubleshooting FAQ.

And I didn't offered help before because of that. Anyway, I have my doubts if the CD images will work. It will, if the keys Blizz' distributes with the CD's aren't specific and, from my PoV, all your chances to run it legit lie in that hypothesis. :confused:

I was just saying..anywayds thanks for the ideas..and btw wa123..that would be nice...but the only way to get it to me would be mail..and the shipping and handling from australlia to East coast U.S. must be insane..:p

Then it'll have to be CD *.iso files. He'll upload'em some place and you then will dl'em. Of course, it's advised that the address used isn't public else it would be somewhat promoting illegal activities (which I'll not name here for safe's sake side). ;)

If it'll take shorter then 8 hrs to dl then i'd be glad to :p...dl'ing the iso's..but...it's over a gig..and i'm only dlin like...an average of 20 kb/s..:p..lol.....So..if he's on soon..n he has..he shud send me an im or pm or something..:p..or post here...ma123..if u upload the iso's somewere....send me a pm of the place
