www.staredit.net aka SEN is hosting a CTF Tournament. Please consider joining it. ;)

A new year and a new Tournament shall be played. Many changes and improvements this year. No more chaos in one channel. No more "they didn't show up". No more bugs with the flag. The games will be held earlier as well. http://www.staredit.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif
We will play CTF DustFort (http://www.staredit.net/index.php?showtopic=38908). It's a sequel to last year's map CTF StarFort (http://www.staredit.net/index.php?showtopic=24827). DF unlike SF features a virtual flag system that allows the flag to be dropped and picked up again as well as fixes many bugs with a real flag. DF have 4 new unit packs that gives many new possible tactical combinations. Fight with your mind competitors! http://www.staredit.net/style_emoticons/default/happy.gif

The games will be played after 3 weeks on 10th of March, 2007(Saturday). The game times are not determined yet but I'm sure that we will play sooner that the last time. maybe they could start at 2pm, I'm not sure yet.
There will be 2 channels for the Tournament. 1 for the players where to spam and 1 for team leaders where to arrange games. I'll try to get 1 CTF channel up as soon as possible. So players can meet up and train easier.
The games will be played out in a classic elimination knockout this time. Too many chaos and "didn't show up" happened in the old round system. Once you get defeated you are out of the tournament. Draw games will be replayed till a winner is present.(I hope this will not be a big problem, if it will I'll think something up http://www.staredit.net/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif )
Teams must consist of at least 4 players, but you can have more players as well. Anyone can start a team, but your team must have at least 4 players till the games start. Team leaders may change the team members as much as they want even till the finals. Submit your teams to me.
