Ye crimson hair, as the fire of phoenix it shines
Thy sapphire eyes, with winters glow, yet not
as cold
Thy blood-red lips, so artfully divine, and
sweet as wine

Thine name I know, but I dare not speak it

Esmiralda my dearest, o absinthe of mine
So bittersweet fine, angel of mine

Come to me in time, and speak thy heart
Angels voice, speak thy mind, end this
insanity of mine
Tell me words three
I love thee

Absinthe of mine, thou poison my mind
Esmiralda so divine, ever friend of mine
I love thee until death departed

Amen

I think he's making a connection between the mention of absynth in the poem and Dunchy, our forum drunk. Nice poem! :)
