I like orange. Took me about 30 minutes.

Hm, I like it. Not a bad design. It could be more creative, but as it is, it works just fine. But all that orange is a little bit hard on the eyes. I recommend changing the lettering on the tabs and the lettering before the paragraphs from orange to a darker color like blue, just so that it's easier to see.
By the way, I think your sig is very pretty.

Nice. The color scheme works, and overall its good. However, its a little... bland.

I'm going to agree that it looks nice but it definitely needs more colour, at least that what I think. Perhaps you could add icons for each entry in the navigation to add some colour? For instance this design (http://www.flickr.com/photos/splat/192871444/in/set-981332/) uses icons to spice up a largely red / white design and you could do the same by using icons that complement your orange / white design. On the plus side I like the simplicity and the opacity with the navigation looks cool. Of course simplicity could mean forgetful :\.
I also agree with ShadowGonissa, your siggy is very nice.

Hehe, thanks. I wanted the layout to be pretty clean, but I agree that it's rather plain. I'll see what I can do.

It seems like you just threw on a gradient and then just picked a color from each side of the gradient to use on the site. In other words, it seems really bland color-wise. Maybe you should look into incorporating complementary colors?
As far as the font goes, I think you made a good selection for the body paragraphs, but it doesn't work for the menu as well.

Yeah, throw in a contrasting color like a light blue. It'll make the orange "pop" a little more.

That's a bit too much orange there mark. I agree with everybody else, you need to cool it down a bit. Just not with blue. Blue makes a lot contrast with orange, so that'd only make the eye-rape worse. Change the borders from orange to black where possible, and use less saturated colours. I'd also suggest softening the gradient. Bright orange to yellow is like staring into a laser pointer. Use a darker orange instead.
But you get a cookie for effort :D

I don't really approve of the bright yellow, but that's just my personal opinion though. :P
Other than that, I love the minimalistic look.
