today I had a sudden and mysterious urge to play starcraft today...

even though Starcraft has lost its buzz (due to my loss of big internet (56k :cry:)) It was during reading a fanfiction when I thought to myself, "Hey! lets play the default campaign that comes with the game (as in the one without sound in the briefing)!" After that, being relieved... I went back to my day to day life. Who here actually plays starcraft every day and who here only plays it once a month or so (like I do)? or never XD

I play quite a bit, like a few hours every day, but half of those are me sitting in the channels chatting. And you can play starcraft with 56k perfectly fine. My friend did and it all that was wrong was dling the maps, which really doesn't matter much since they should only be a couple hundred kilobytes.

Yeah, sometimes I do have urges to play games, also with desperately getting/watching anime. I guess my personality or whatever is telling me it needs these to live. >.>

HEHE that got me raising eyebrows too :D annnywho i play it on a regular bases every couple of days for about 3 hours at a time .

you don't know it, but sc comes back to anyone. People might stop for a year or two, or a month or two, but they always come back to it again

You should've seen finlands few best players. Clawson and ovvi. ToT)Ovvi( kinda quit after losing to Clawson in wcg, but came back. Clawson quit for a while too, but is back rolling again. and the list goes on, from androide, legionnaire, all those guys

The only "urge" I've got is the one that comes with wmp. (Good Internet Radio FTW!!!)

I play every day. Havn't played against people in a long time but that's more because I'm trying to help my little brother get better. (And he's gettin good fast. :o)

I'm seeing a distinct lack of 'urges' in a thread that was kinda missing discussion value in the first place. Since I don't really think it's worth my time deleting all the off-topicness to create a more viable thread, I'm just going to pull the plug on the life support machine.
