Hi, i'm new there and I worked in mods for StarCraft many time ago, and I did a mod again, but I would like to place it mod in StarCraft.org Custom database. They do it? Or anyone here? Well....anyway, I'll put it:
StarCraft Balancer!
(for 1.14 version! Brood War!)
Changes:

• Food Cost decreased in factor of 1/2
Example: BattleCruiser -> original cost: 8; new cost: 4.
Scout -> original cost: 3; new cost: 1.5
SCV -> original cost: 1; new cost: 0.5
• All unit data was changed, trying to find a balance. Some changes:
- HP from buildings has increased a lot, in factor of .2,5(I think, don't remember) Some people asked for me why I did this and I answered: Imagine 5 marines with large guns that are very strong. Now imagine how would like be the size of an Barrack in real world (2 times a size of a pyramid?). Now imagine those 5 marines shooting at the pyramid trying to leveling it?!? This is absurd!
- Imagine it too... a man taking shot from a tank...now, actually he takes three shots to die??? Who is this? Sons of Superman?!? These funnies things have been fixed too. I'm tried to make StarCraft more realistic.
- Attack Penaltys have changed, like in Protoss Zealot in original data. The protoss zealot have a penalty of two attacks, their attacks are 8+8 atk, casting the total of 16 points. Now the Zerg Zerglings do it too, every thing with two cannons or two missiles do it too.
- I did not changed any resource and time cost. So do not worry, in this mod are not zerglings swarms with 4mins of game. I'm not trying to do any "Super Anything Patch" like "SuperTerrans".
- Every armor/weapon upgrade have now 5 upgrades and I did not changed the increase cost factor.
- Nuclear Missile now takes upgrade from Ship Weapons. I altered blast radius too.
- Protoss Templars have "Psi Attack" enabled (like Tassadar) and Zergs Defilers have "Venom" attack enabled too (like a Hero Defiler that I don't remember the name : p). But I do not know how to add 'Attack' flag button in the Interface. These attacks "Venom" and "Psi Attack" were exclusively from Templars and Defilers.
- Effect Radius from EMP Shockwave increased.
- Lockdown works in everything!
- All cast attacks like Feedback, Lockdown, EMP Shockwave, Stasis Field, have now energy cost decreased.

Aw yes, this works only if all players have this patch; I recommend to do a copy of your original Patch_rq.mpq found in your StarCraftBW directory, and place it new in the folder. If you want to play as normal StarCraft, just catch your original copy and replace it. It doens't work with ppl that doenst have the patch. Get disconnected automatically.
