Well, ok but its not finished and dont even think aout trying to play it unless ur testing it.
Is any of the units/buildings you disabled on the next step that the script should make? If that's so then the AI, following it's own (predetermined) logic, has reached the max' possible point whom to evolve and make a stall - thus resulting in the problem you described. Try seeing the script in SC AI Editor 3 n' then enable the units/buildings it needs to proceed. ;)

my diagnosis: you did not provide the computer players with enough resources. a average computer player should receive at least 3000 ore and gas. it should also have some good expansion spots.

From playing your map with all units/Buildings eneabled, which is the next step (in the B.O.) that the AI usually makes just after lost all of the units he had from the beginning? It'lll involve some testing work but can sure be done that way. :)
Side note: As a mere advice just make a copy of your map before enabling all stuff back. That way, you'll be able to spot the difference between units/buildings causing the problem a lot faster. ;)

My second looking: I didnt completely look last time, but i also seen that you have assigned too many AI. a computer should only have 1 campaign AI scripts and mostly Town AI. but I am not accustomed to the Brood War Terran Town A or something like that. so i cannot give assistance in those areas.
If that's the case (aka more than one location kind of AI scripts per player) that just might be the hassle itself.

depends. your doing a town right? Melee AIs don't work well with stuff pregiven to them, and town AIs don't do anything and just rebuild.

Use the AI scripts labeled "Campaign" AI. Don't mess with the advanced SCXE ones until you understand the basic StarEdit trigs.
And the location for a comp's base only needs to cover the town hall, not the entire base. Makes things easier when you're locations are smaller and more manageable. :)
999990, I'm sure if they mess with the terrain, it's for good reason.

There isn't a problem if you use multiple scripts on a player (did it a few years ago once) as long as the locations are separate, don't overlap and he has enough resources. I had a Terran comp. What he did was, he basically had the whole top (yes, protoss campaign ;) ) and he harassed you like crazy. Had a custom and insane (and an area town) combined... it was hell resisting versus hi crazy attacks. Took a friend 2 days since you only had your main and an exp lol...
Anyway, what I mean is, that is not the problem. The locations might be a problem, as well as the buildings. As for Town scripts, using them doesn't make your map "cool". They are predefined triggers that don't work very well outside the SC campaigns.
