There are many sites that let you upload Maps on the net. I suggest you go to Starcraft.org and upload it there. If you want to leave it here, click Go Advanced under Quick Reply then click Manage Attachments.
Click Choose . . . under Upload File from your Computer and look for your map. Upload it then people should be able download it.
