Okay now. ~Eden~ is an open RP (duh?) where it basically is good vs evil. The main storyline of this RP revolves around Lord Tangelon (my charecter ^^ ) raging war on the continent of Musitl. The first two targets are Kingdom of Hulure and Kingdom of Stonebeard. Tangelon's Citadel use to be the Kingdom of Musitl, however, due to a war with mercenaries formed by Tangeleon in Pliim's Forest, Tangeleon took the castle and imideatly sent the necromancers he came to know when building the army he needed, to work. The chaotic races of Eden all quickly went to swear alligance to Tangeleon on his rule over all Eden. But first he must take the contient of Musitl.

The basis of this RP is either you play on the side of good (+ only (read below) or chaotic (- only (read below)). If you are a neutral charecter, you will end up on either side. And yes you can switch sides in the middle of the RP. AS LONG AS YOU RP IT RIGHT. Now, for a key to the map, the races in each location (playable) and what each city/location's perks are. Note: Just because it says what its perks are, DOES NOT mean that is all that is there. Its just the main kind of power/abilities you will find.

MAP: http://www.kupatrix.com/upload/uploads/EDEN.jpg

1. Ti`ier City (necromantic arts)
2. Pliim's Forest (banditry and necromantic arts)
3. Kingdom of Hulure (light and elemental magic)
4. Vlay Sea (water)
5. Caseor Island (mines of many times of ore)
6. Kingdom of Stonebeard (technology, starting to develop gun powder)
7. Musi Village (no special traits)
8. Cloarsi Woods (banditry)
9. Town Luiqi (no special traits)
10. Barbarian Mountains (shamastic arts)
11. Tangelon's Citadel (necromantic arts)

Light Green = grasslands.
Green = woodland areas.
Grey = mountain, rocky areas.
Blue = water
Deep Purple = plauged lands.
Orange/Brown = roads.

Now for the races available (to play) in this RP and where each are located. I will list by city. A + by the number means its good aligned. - means its chaotic (evil) and / is nuetral races..
1-. Drow.
2+/-. Humans, Half Elves, Goblins, Centaur, Ogres, Orcs.
3+. Humans.
4/. N/A
5+. Dwarves, Gnomes, Halflings.
6+. Dwarves, Gnomes.
7+. Humans, Half Elves.
8-/. Humans, Half Elves, Elves, Nymphs, Harpies.
9+/. Halflings, Elves.
10/-. Ogres, Orcs, Goblins, Humans, Harpies, Trolls.
11-. Humans, Goblins, Orcs, Ogres, Trolls, Demons, Drow.

All races that can be found in this RP are: Humans, Half Elves, Elves, Trolls, Ogres, Goblins, Orcs, Harpies, Nymphs, Centaur, Pegasus, Dwarves, Gnomes, Halflings, Dragons, Drow, Lizardman, Demons, Undead(like), Yetis.

Magic is extended from anything. Just nothing super powerful. Which means NO POWER PLAY, thank you ^^ .

Technology is that of the Medival Era. Only the contents of Kingdom of Stonebeard are developing the technology of gunpowder. For boomsticks mainly.

Now for the requirments of this RP. You must create a charecter following this guide. IF YOU WISH TO JOIN and the RP ALREADY STARTED, you need to send me the charecter profile in a private messege. No new bios in the middle of the RP.

As you asked since the game started, here is a character and his background, pls reply soon!!! Thanks in advance.

Name: Torias Lazuk
Race : Dwarf
Town: Kingdom of Stonebeard
Class: Proffesional Warrior/Weaponsmith
Age : 184
Alligned: Good
Apperance: Typical sturdy Dwarf, Torias has long brown hair and a long beard of course, he stands about 4'2 feet tall. A muscled disciplened Dwarf with grey/black eyes. Always dressed in his combat armor bearing his own made dwarven waraxe.

Bio : Torias was the younger child in his family. As the beloved son of his father he spent countless hours in his father's blacksmith assisting his father Baruk in his job while at evenings he was reasding the history of the Stonebeard Dwarves and the wars that took place in the lands of Eden. Drawn to the militaristic society he dreamed of being a great warrior so he joined the military academy of Stonebeard at the age of 112. When he was 115 he forged his most trusted companion, Razorfang, a Dwarven waraxe of unique construction, perfectly balanced and powerfull. At the age of 135 he completed his trainining in the academy as the first of his class. Since then, Torias, is elected as the kingdom's champion for his devotion, courage and skillfulness. In his 180 birthday he formed the order of the shield, a dedicated battalion in defending the bridge that merge Stonebeard with Hulure. The order of the shield consists of skillfull dwarven warriors, approximately 5 hundreds, that wear heavy chain shirts and use a medium round shield (apparently large for Dwarves) that covers their whole body, they posses a boomstick prototype, a dwarven waraxe and a longspear (for every two Dwarves). The battalion is also joined by fifty gnomes operating a prototype mortar (five member crew).
His elder brother Smolek is a mine worker and his middle brother Tangred is a researcher, participating in the gunpowder evolution project.

The last four years the order of the bow has built huge gate-fort at the entrance of the Stonebeard Kingdom on the edge of the bridge. Despite Torias' warnings for the growing dangers from the west, nor the King and neither the council are willing to trap the bridge with some explosive powder just in case...

Order of the shield has given an oath to protect the land of Stonebeard and are eager to die for fullfiling their oath, some hired bandits/spies have sent to Hulure to bring news and information to Torias, and if there is proof of the danger that lies ahead maybe the elders will listen...

Yay! Shankz is back! ^^

hehe, you've been away so long I'm not even sure if that's how you spell your old name. :tu:

anyway...

Name: Jacob Namaria
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Town: Kingdom of Hulure
Base Ability(Class): Mage/Elemental
Age: 63
Alligned: Good

Apperance: Jacob has deep blue eyes with a hint of sea green near the edges of his irises. His hair (facial and regular) is all crystal white as are his robes. On his robes, he has ancient golden texts that speak in a dialect simular to Dwarven, Elven, and Older Human texts all merged into some odd language, holding the most fantastic and amazing of spells.

Weapons (heh. Hope this is okay. :tu: ): For defence, Jacob carries eight refined iron daggers made by dwarven blacksmiths and enchanted by elven mages. The enchantments cause the daggers to almost never miss their target. Jacob also carries a polished oak staff with the same texts engraved into it from his robes.

Bio: As a child, Jacob grew up in Hulure to learn of light and elemental magic. However, he learned of an ancient text made of Old Human, Elven, and Dwarven text merged together. As Jacob taught himself elemental and light magic, he also translatted the texts found on old artifacts. Now, with some of the words translated, it has been discovered that the texts are a higher level of light and elemental magic. Jacob currently has finished his training and now is a powerful mage. However, he now goes on fighting Tangeleon and translating the language holding the highest level of magic for the mages of light and the elements, searching for a spell that shall destroy Tangeleon and never allow him to return. However, Jacob fears that the dark ones also have found a text but one that is of dark magic.

OOC: Just don't leave us again to our own plotting! :)
__________________________________________

Name: Isiah Jugan
Race: Elves
Town: Cloarsi Woods
Base Ability: Warrior
Age: 120
Alligned: Neutral

Apperance: Carries a longsword, dagger as a secondary in his belt, another smaller dagger in his bootleg, a hatchet on his back, leather armor on his chest, muscular and agile, around 140 pounds and 5 ft 9 in, beautiful in the traditional elvish way with flowing black hair that is usually plaited behind his back and falls down just below his shoulders, wears canvas-like pants, pair of brown boots, and a belt with the stamp of the Caseor Island's craftsmen of two smokestacks and a red dragon roaring above them.

Bio: A hundred and twenty years old, he's seen just about all there is to be seen. Isiah is a mercenary, grown and bred for the trade. In a world where the law is goverend by the skill of your blade, Isiah is by far the finest that has ever walked in, between, and above the trees of his native forest home. Whenever something needed to be done that was of the upmost importance, Isiah was always the first to be contracted for the job.

Everyone knows that he never fails and the job always gets done. Not once in over 1,000 employers has Isiah ever displeased them with the results he would bring to them.

The winds of war blowing across the vast continent of Musitl whispered of riches and of thievery to be had and he now prepares to enter the town of Luiqi to refresh his supply of various magical items. One particular dealer who dabbled in the necromantic arts was the first stop on his long list of visits. The last one however, was to see an old friend who held connections to Lord Tangelon's dark forces. Tangelon had always been known to pay the best and he always did with the hard currency of gold. The other side, usually the Kingdom of Hulure, paid on "credit." Useless stuff it was unless you were in the city itself, which Isiah never was.

Jacob walked through a small woodland area that was just outside of the mage and elemental capital city in Hulure, his polished staff shining as bright as the harvest moon on a dark, dark night. The Text on it, which Jacob called "Trestriaglaunan" (Trest-ree-AG-GLAY-un-an), shined even brighter than the staff and had a firey crystal glow coming from them. As Jacob walked, he heard a low growl. The growl soon changed from a growl to a long, loud roar. Jacob readied himself, staff pointing in the Roar's direction. The Texts glowed violently, turning from crystal blue to a flouresent orange.

Then, a huge wolf came from the forest. But this was no ordinary wolf. It was three times the size of an average wolf, eyes pure black with purple and red blood vessels near the outside of the eyes. This wolf had huge horns, simular to those of a ram, but much larger, had wings of a dragon, and a tail that was a group of large, hissing snakes with eyes that looked like the wolf's eyes. The creature breathed red and black flames through it's nostrils on it's black, wet nose.

Jacob raised his staff and screamed, "Micoalbus!!" in loud, echoing voice. His words then caused the flaming orange glows to switch to a blinding light at the top of the staff. The huge creature shrieked in horror and ran back into the forest depths. Jacob lowered his staff as the light dimmed and the creature could no-longer be heard.

"Next time it won't be as easy to scare..." said Jacob, turning back to the city, the texts back to the normal firey crystal blue glow.

Carnage
05-27-2004, 4:26 PM
Name: Karnagek
Race: Undead Elf
Town: Vlay Sea, Docked in Kingdom of Hulure
Base Ability(Class): Healer/White Healing Magick
Age: 458
Alligned: Neutral Good (Healer of all races and alignments)
Apperance: Karnagek stands at 6'7" with short white hair and pale skin. Heavy Yeti hide cloak(dyed), white, thin crimson breastplate on chest. White cloth shirt under the breastplate. Eyes are pupiless and milky white. Thick dark brown belt filled with herbs and potions. 1 shealth for a wand made of human bone and another for a dagger made of ivory. He uses them as channeling devices for healing.

Bio: Karnagek was once a powerful elven warrior of the light who became too determined in his pursuit of peace and justice. After an intense battle with a horde of bandits that sacked his village, he became bloodlusted and chased down the survivors, butchering not only the warriors but their families as well. Stained with the blood of innocents upon his breastplate, as well as his own grievous wounds he wasn't aware of in his frenzied state, Karnagek headed towards the nearest village he could find. Instead of help, he found the remains of an order of healers slaughtered by unknown forces. He scavenged what herbs, scrolls, and potions he could find before he decided to steal the wand and dagger of the village's chieftain. Deadly magical wards assaulted his already dying body and set him ablaze. Screaming in agony, he ran from the village and fell into the Vlay Sea off a cliff 40 feet above the water's surface. The wand never left his hand and the dagger found its way into his heart. He was transformed into an undead being of incredible healing power. No longer elf. No longer warrior. His speech identified his mind as the final resting place of the healers. Maybe their spirits now inhabit his body or perhaps their memories and thoughts have enslaved his own. The end product, of course, is the healing undead, although his body knows no decay as well as no aging, elf... Karnagek.

*blinks* I did not expect so many post.. then again, I expected more RP charecters over chatter. The RP will offically start when we have abotu 10 RPers, with at least 3 RPers on each side (Good/Evil)

And I am sorry, the playable races are listed next to the towns. Pegasus and Dragon's are not playable races. The reason I restricted races into diffent locations is because, you wont find a whole lot of Ogres in an Elven city now would you? And some beings are to rare of thier kind, or to powerful to play.

However, I see no problem with Carnage's charecter hailing from the harbor. A good background to it makes it work.

And if you have not noticed, I will be posting mainly in the mornings and maybe at nights.

Aiight, thanks Scauthra. Damn, Dragonkind would be SO tight lol...
But screw this everyone...DEMON IS A PLAYABLE RACE! THAT'S THE SHIT!

Name: Medivh
Race: DEMON BITCHES YEAH YEAH YEAH!
Town: Tangelon's Citadel
Base Ability(Class): Warrior-Mage
Age: Unknown
Alligned: Lord Tangelon
Apperance: Clad in dark black, hideous plate mail, with odd spikes here and there, Medivh is a 7' 2" tall, 450 pound, muscular, red and black skinned demon. (this Darth Maul). He has long, unbound black hair that flows out over his armor, and a huge black cape with Tangelon's crest covers the back of his armor. Except for his armor, and the color of his skin, he would look no different than a normal man. He is, however, much stronger and powerfully magical. Some races, especially the drow, are drawn to him, in multiple ways.
Bio: Lord Tangelon summoned the demon Medivh from the pits of hell. Medivh, with a binding love of chaos and destruction, was massively tired of the Underworld, where there was nothing to do, no one to kill. As he saw Tangelon, he saw the only mortal he had ever known that he believed "was worthy of demonic service," and so Medivh did not resist Tangelon as he would have normally done. Instead, he swore fealty to the Dark Knight and now serves at his side, Tangelon's right hand man...er...demon..

Medivh is totally insane, capable of wild killing rampages and other REALLY strange behavior, including very odd hobbies and passions in a demon. He has another trait that is highly odd in a demon: he LOVES mortal women. He takes any opportunity he can to get them, especially beautiful drow women.

Kilik woke up one morning to the sound of birds singing. Their sweet melody brought him back to the day his master set off. In his mind he could see, smell, taste and fell everything that his senses had been alerted to then. He remembered watching his master leave the towns gates and see his silouette going over the horizon. He got up had a quick breakfast and decided to take a brisk walk around the town.

He walked from street to street and eventually reached the city gates. By the gates was a travelling blacksmith, so Kilik went over to browse. The shopkeeper was a large human but had the essence of an ogre about him. He was very muscualr and had a Scimitar by his side. He wore a leather breast coat and leather trousers. Tied to his neck was a black cloaked which swayed in the wind.

"Ayop maytee. Wot can i do for you today?
Kilik looked over the stall and an epee and dagger took his fancy. The epee ( long sword. Kind of like a fencing sword but its a real weapon) was long and light with a simple gold handle. The scabbard was beautifully crafted. It had images of birds and the wild on it. Kilik almost thought the picture was live. The dagger was a small curved broze dagger which was big enough for Kilik to carry unnoticed.

"I will take that sword and dagger my friend" Kilik said pointing to the two items.

"Thatll be tree gold coins melad."
Kilik handed over the gold and put the dagger in his boot and fastened the swords scabbard to his black belt. He returned to his house and entered meditation. he thought to himself "Tommorow is the day Master Omi left. Tommorow is the day Kilik Mena leaves."

I think we make up our own characteristics that aren't too powerful since this RP is an Open one.
______________________________________

Isiah walked out of the forest trees and into the rolling plains dotted with many wild animals. Some lions glanced up at him as he passed by, but then decided he wasn't worth the effort and returned to their nap.

The town of Liuqi was not that far away, nestled in the bend of a great river that went north and south through the entire continent of Musitl. Isiah thought of the name for the vast waterway and finally discovered what it was called: the Teququi River. Massive boats, their huge sails flapping in the wind, were floating gently downstream. Some docks and large warehouses lined the coastal region of the waters, the life-blood of the town. It was a strategic place as well with two major roads crossing through the area.

The town sprawled around a single colossal bridge that arched over the river, a mammoth structure constructed ages ago by some long-gone race. It was wide enough for 50 horses to stand abreast and the all of it still spanned the entire half-mile wide gap between the two land masses. This town was the only neutral city that controlled such a vital link between the human populations of the Kingdom of Hulure and the mountain homes of the dwarves and gnomes, their Kingdom of Stonebeard. If either side wanted to supply the other, going across this bridge would be the only way thus it was constantly under careful guard by a contingent of soldiers from both cities.

But Isiah was not here to gaze at the military importance of Liuqi. He was here to pick up supplies. Quickly he raced down, the ground but a blur as he crossed the ten-miles in mere minutes.

Breathing only slightly faster, Isiah walked calmly beneath the city gates and onto the bustling market street.

EDIT: This post doesnt matter since it was before I could see the map of Musitl so disregard it.

The invasion of the Knigdom of Stonebeard was set to be underway in two days. He awaited news from his closest spy, Sorceress Eeka, and word from his general, an Orc named Folahk. Mutters and stares down at the harbor he calimed alogn with the rest of the previously, well maintained and beautiful Kingdom of Musitl. Turns and walks back into his courtroom and seats himself back in his throne. The hell he created apparent to him. The smell of undeath and foul Ogre's, to the sound of his army forming and bickering thoughtout the castle. Out over the balcony the plauged lands clearly visible with storm clouds always thundeering over his citadel.

Tangeleon taps his fingers bordly on the arm of his chair and things over his three closest loyalists. Eeks, Folahk and Medivh. Who he sent to check on the progress of the Necromancers summoning. Cracks his neck and returns back to his grin. Rising up and takeing over the capital of the entier continent, and turning it into his own prized hell hole in less than a year.*

"Soon, everything will be set into motion. Hulure and Stonebeard will be easy takeings to the size of my minions." *stifles a laugh and awaits word from one of his three advisors*

~OOC~ Yes! I will be RPing three charecters ^^;; Sorceress Eeks Lace, General Folahk and of course, Lord Tangeleon.

Kilik woke up the next morning to the smell of fresh spring air (OOC:it is spring?). He jumped out of bed and walked to his kitchen to gather what provisions he could for the long journey ahead. Five days ago he had got word of a great dark army that is heading for The Kingdom of Stonebeard. Kilik didnt take kindly to dwarves but he knew that if Stonebeard fell everywhere would. With his equipment and prvisions he headed to the town stables.

Kilik walked across town and knocked on the stables huge oak door. Engraved on the door was a picture of a horse rearing up while on the horizon a silhouette of a man was disappearing over it. Looking at that picture he was brought back yet again to the day of Master Omi's departure. Kilik pushed open the large door and walked up to the stable keeper.

The stable keeper was a tall, thin, beautiful woman with long hazel hair. Her green eyes resembled the budding leaves of spring and she wore a silver breastplate witha sword by her side.
"Greetings, my lady. I wish to buy you strongest most loyal horse and a small cart."

"Ooooo, going on an adventure are we?"

"Yes, I am going to avenge my masters death. I am going to destroy the Dark Knight Tageleon!"
At the word Tangeleon the woman face was struck with horror.

"Y,you are g,going to fight Tangeleon?"

"Yes"
She grabbed his arm and led him over to a beautiful white horse.

"Take this horse. His name is Magdalen. He was my fathers horse. My father was a great man and fell in battle to Tangeleon. Take Magdalen and avenge my father and your master."

"Why thankyou my lady. I feel your sorrow and hatred for Tangeleon!"
Kilik attached the cart to the horse and reached for his money.

"Please. You do not have to pay me. Avenging my father will be payment enough!"

"But I insist. Please take the money."

"No. You will need the money for your journey!"

"Thankyou ever so much my lady." Kilik bows and opens the stable door. just as he leaves he says

"You father will not be forgotten!"
Kilik jumps on the back of Magdalen and rides towards the towns gates. He waits before the gates and theiy swing open. Kilik rides off into the distance thinking, "Next stop, Stonebeard."

Allanon sat in a tavern, in a corner. The atmosphere of the tavern was jolly, with men fondling passing waitresses and the waitresses smiling. Drunks were everywhere. Allanon closed his eyes, then heard a voice say,

"Hello sir, may I get you anything?"

This made Allanon smile, and open his eyes. The waitresses looked into his eyes and backed away speechless. Allanon stood up and started shapeshifting. His skin turned jet black and harder with wierd designs on it, he fell on all fours, claws formed where his hands were, sharp teeth formed, and he grew larger. Then his eyes grew bright red, and his muscles grew and bulged. The waitress looked into his eyes and stopped at its hypnotic effect. Some of the tavern's occupants noticed Allanon by then, and got whatever weapons they could get up. A few necromancers stood up, trying to get their bearings while being drunk.

Allanon's muscles bunched in his hind legs and he leaped at the waitress, claws tearing her arms off and his teeth ripping her throat out. He grabbed the rest of the body and threw it in the air spinning, blood spraying everywhere. Now some occupants were trying to leave, running toward the door. Allanon was a blur, reaching those who ran and ripping them apart. He did the same to the rest.

Then Allanon was back in human form, wiping blood from his mouth and summoning fire and setting fire to the tavern. In the confusion of trying to put out the fire, Allanon slipped past passerbys and out into the darkness, thinking of where next to stay next in the Citadel.

(OOC: Since this seems to be one of the only RP's going, I thought I should join :D. Btw, Scauthra, is it okay if my guy is Neutral / a mercenary? If you need me to go evil / good that's fine).

Name: Xuther
Race: Human
Town: City of Hulure
Base Ability: Warrior / Mercenary
Age: 24
Aligned: Neutral
Appearance: Xuther wears the traditional armour of a Samurai (pic (http://mesclun.chez.tiscali.fr/lastsamuraiaff2.jpg)) and carries his two swords the normal Samurai sword (which he has nicknamed Fury) and the smaller Wakizashi. The Samurai sword was made by one of the greatest blacksmiths of the time: Ishido who made it for Xuther's father. When not in battle Xuther wears a kimono and his swords.

Xuther is a fairly tall man with a height of 5' 11", he is pretty powerful thanks to his lifetime of training. He has the traditional Samurai haircut and he also has a goatee.

Bio: Xuther was raised to remember his heritage and taught bushido. His father taught him of the ways of a warrior, of the honour, the death, everything. His father also taught him to mind his own business, not to get entangled in the web of lies someone else has spun. This is why Xuther has been a mercenary all this time, neutral to everything and only fighting when needed. He is always calm, always patiant, always ready.

Xuther lives with his father in the City of Hulure, his father owns a pub and Xuther helps out when he is not on his adventures. You see Xuther takes a great interest in the world, he explores it very often, making detailed maps of his surrounding, of the world, and of dangerous places and how to avoid them. Some of Xuther’s maps are even used by the Lord Tangelon himself.

Alrighty, character time. I would have liked to be one of the pegasi, but I think Scauthra said that you could only be one of the characters in town type thing. Since there is no map, I'll just make up the character bio a bit different and hope that it all turns out good.

BTW, you can use www.kupatrix.com/uploads (http://www.kupatrix.com/uploads) to upload the map, as long as it is under 100kb. www.yoxio.com (http://www.yoxio.com/) works, but there is a meg upload max. TGB had one, but i forgot where it is.

OMFG!!! ARGH! I lost my whole goddamn post!!!! And I took so long.... Sigh... I'm not taking that long again, and next time I do this, I'm making sure that I do it in word. I can't believe it. I presses tab and then backspace.... ARGH, took me back a page. Word next time. This is going to be a rushed post, but whenever something like that sets me back, I don't bother doing it agian.

Summed up:

Name: Dimitri
Race: Human
Town: Kingdom of Hulure
Base Ability(Class): Elementalist
Age: 35
Alligned: Good
Apperance: Contrary to the stereotype of most people aligned with good, Dimitri wears pure black. A flowing, black robe made of silk is his robe of choice. A black, marble staff features a crystal ball on top, which has a falcon etched into it. Dimitri's eyes are a dull brown, although they glimmer with brightness when fighting and at certain occasions. Brown, leather boots blend in with his black robes. All of his clothing was given to him by his master.

Bio: As a child, Dimitri was an orphan. His parents had been killed in a battle with enemies, and although they had been able to hold them off for a while, the enemies managed to overcome them and kill them. Dimitri wandered the streets for a while where an elderly elemetalist found him. He took him in and raised him to become a powerful mage. As Dimitri grew in skill, he also became more confident in his powers and believe that he had to leave to do greater good. On the day of his 35th birthday, his master gave him his current clothing and weapon, and Dimitri went off on his quest to do good.

Sharr is summoned before the Elders.

"A human from the town of Musil has recently expanded one of his fields, and it is dangerously close to your section of forest," One of the elders, Nortt begins, "We would all feel safer if you could eliminate this threat to our society," Sallinn, the centre elder continues, "In case you have misunderstood any of this, what we are telling you to do is to take this man's life away from him, then set him up as an example to the rest of Musil." Mallenn, the third and oldest of the elders said. Sahrr held deep contempt for him, for he was always belittleing her, even though she always pleased the counsil with her results.

"His hide shall be mine, you will see, by dusk tomorrow, the people of Musil will not dare enter within a kilometer radius of this forest." Sharr held back her malice at the third cousil member and focussed her wrath on her unsuspecting victim and how she would torture and mutilate his body inorder to achieve the desired effect.

Karnagek's boat rocked slowly back and forth in the harbor of Hulure. About 15 feet in length and 7 feet in width, the boat was small and reliable but not truly voyage worthy. Besides being completely appauling to the senses; the rotting smell of wood, the terrible look of the deck, the constant sounds of creaking and expanding wood. Now and then a cool breeze would blow back the ragged and torn cloth that acted as the boat's only door. If one was to peek inside, they would see shelves upon shelves of herbs and potions laid against walls that seemingly stretched farther than possible for the boat's size; the inside of the boat defied reason, it was simply larger than it should be.

Today Karnagek was doing what he did most everyday; inventory, when two men entered. He turned to face them, his face covered in black cloth save for the eyes.

"Are you ready?" Asked the most troubled faced human Karnagek had ever seen.

He nodded in the affirmative and one of the men left and returned shortly with a young boy of about 5 in his arms. The boy's uncle set him down on a cot in a corner of the cabin. Karnagek preceeded to look into the boy's eyes.

"He's been like that for 3 days now. Never moves, never speaks. He hasn't blinked or even breathed, it seems. We think he's been bewitched by-" The father started, but Karnagek interrupted.

"Leave us."

The men hesitated.

"Do you doubt my intentions as fully trustworthy? Then stay, but you may not like what you see."

He reached into his sheaths, pulling out his wand and dagger. Holding the dagger over the boy's heart, he chanted words of power, then trust it into the boy's chest.

The father drew his sword and screamed in fury. Before he could swing, Karnagek's clawed hand caught the sides of the sword in a vice grip.

"Patience... observe..."

The father watched as the dagger drew no blood, but instead a thick, toxic ichor that seemed both repelled and attracted to the dagger leaked from the wound. As it left the boy, he came back to life. Karnagek uttered more words of power and trust the dagger into his palm. Cringing from pain, he bit his lip beneath the black cloth. Before the two men and the young boy, the toxic ichor seemed to vanished up the undead elf's arm and into his head. Putting a claw to his mouth, Karnagek spit the horrid substance into a vial that had suddenly appeared in his hand. He handed the vial to the uncle who nearly droppd it.

"Hello! Where are you going in such a rush?" said Jacob with a smile.

"But if you really must know, I am headed to Stonebeard." said the Man. He seemed more antsy now than ever.

"Hmmm...Maybe I could join you? After all, it'll be harsh fighting the invaders of Tangelon by yourself. Plus I could pay for our boat ride to the kingdom."

In the morning, Allanon walked downstairs and asked around about this Stonebeard situation. Allanon loved wars, as there were so many killers that you couldn't identify them all, or have time to deal with a demon tearing soldiers apart.

Allanon immediately headed to the docks, a little regretful about not killing the inhabitants in the inn, but eager to get to Stonebeard. He payed for passage on a ship to Stonebeard. As the winds picked up the captain yelled stuff to his crew, but Allanon payed little attention. He would get a refund and whatever else in money once he killed the crew.

Robin was focused on the slaughtering of a tree, her sword singing through the air, stopping to rest only as it shattered a layer of it's wooden shell. So intent was she on her training, that she did not care to listen as hoofbeats sounded behind her. Her quarry unmoving, Robin mercilessly slayed the tree with a final stroke, and quickly spun about in victory, to let forth a scream. The riders had reached her, and the three stood before her, faces hidden by their ragged black cloaks, upon horses of bone and terror. She readied her sword, and stepped back, behind the tree's corpse. The lead rider raised his skeletal hand, and a wave of force knocked Robin unconcious.

She awoke to the sound of drumbeats. Stone walls surrounded her, the world cold and dim around her. A fire crackled and sparks flew to the air as her captors and their comrades sat about the fortress around them. Her prison had no comforts, save the small blanket in the corner.

Xuther sat cross legged on a rock just north of the City of Hulure at the top of a small hill. In front of him was a small piece of smooth wood that was resting in his lap, it was his portable table that he invented on his own. He made it a couple years ago when he needed something hard like a desk to draw his maps on when out in the wild, and he realized that a normal desk wouldn't be the best idea.

Xuther was concentrating on his map, the fine detail of his hard labour very apparent as he drew the rock and it's surrondings onto this new map. He was making an updated version of his old map of the Nothern Hulure Heights.

He slowly moved his head back to examine his piece, taking in all the detail and the perfect condition with no smudges that he prided himself on. Not many others could do this type of thing without smudges, it was a trick of the trade as one might say.

However the tranquil peace surrounding Xuther was broken as his horse nearby began to neigh loudly and began to breath fast, snorting through it's nostrils. Xuther's hand instantly went to his swords that were on the rock to his left. He slowly got up and turned, placing the map and portable table on the ground and unsheathing his sword in the few moments it took him to stand.

The horse was alone, staring off into the forest to the left. "What is it Seather?" Xuther cooed, slowly walking forward so as to not scare the beast anymore then it already was, for with a horse of this size, it could be fatal. Xuther caught a glimpse of movement in the corner of his eye. He turned just in time to see a wisp of hair before it was enveloped by the darkness of the forest.

Xuther slowly untied the horses reigns from the tree and led it sideways, ever so slowly towards his map. His eyes always on the forest.

Karnagek left his boat for only two reasons; for more cloth or to find new species of plantlife for medicinal use. Today, he walked along the outside wall of Hulure, heading towards the forest. He was just walking up the small hill he walked everyday when he saw a man in a Samurai get up taking the reigns of his horse. He was about to say "Good day" to the man when he saw the movement among the forest. His keen eyes caught the first glimpse of the attack.

"Look out!" He screamed to the human.

***Meanwhile...***

"My name is Jacob. What's yours?" said Jacob.

"Well then, Jacob, I am Kilik Mena." replied the man.

Suddenly, Jacob heard a loud roar. It came from the North and sounded familiar...

Jacob realized what it was and ran North. He didn't care if the man was fallowing and didn't know if he was, but Jacob was going to kill that creature. If he knew his demons well, which he did, such a fierce roar could only be the signal of the start of an attack. Jacob ran through the forest, thrashing and snapping plants as he went along. The crystal light steadily became orange as he ran farther into the forest depths.

***

Jason came out of the forest as someone said, "Look out!"

As he came out of the forest, he saw the huge Beast. It was standing on a hill. It looked like it was going to kill the man and his horse.

"Fulgenur!!" shouted Jacob, raising his staff into the air.

The Orange glow turned into a white collection of light on top of the staff, but then the white ball flew into the sky, disapearing in the clouds. The beast merely attacked the man when Jacob yelled his spell. The creature's eyes then filled with hate. The Beast opened it's large jaws and let out a roar of anger and malice. Suddenly, the white ball turned into a lightning bolt which struck the beast on the neck, surprising it and sending it into the ground. Jacob readied for another spell.

Xuther finally made it to his map. Hastily he placed it into the side-pack as gently as possible making sure in as little time as possible that the map had an 'insulation' of sorts to keep it nice on what was looking to be a rough ride ahead.

"Look out!" a man screamed to his right. Xuther was paying so much attention to his map he didn't realize that the thing was finally coming out of the forest.

With the humans now aware the giant Ogre was running forward, the trees snapping and buckling as the thing ran straight through them. The Ogre let out another loud roar as it came closer, it's height becoming more and more pronounced, especially the height of the club he was carrying, the weapon alone at least a few heads taller than Xuther.

"Go home Seather" whispered Xuther to his horse as he slapped it on the but to make sure it went. Seather didn't need to be told a second time as it ran away towards Hulure, away from this new monstrosity.

Xuther turned around to face the Ogre, his sword ready. He cleared the thoughts in his head, only concentrating on the Ogre before him, himself, and the immediate terrain.

"Fulgenur!"

Xuther turned in time to catch site of a wizard of sorts casting a spell. A large ball of pure white energy raced through the air at a sickening pace towards the sky. It soon disappeared into the sky.

However this little fireworks show did not seem to make the Ogre anymore forgiving as it turned on Xuther. It's strikes were fast and hard, it was obviousely pouring all his rage into it, he was obviously not happy about the wizard distracting it from it's prey.

Xuther was lucky enough to evade the first blow, however it was so powerful it tossed Xuther a few feet into the air making him loose his balance. He landed flat on his back, staring up into the firey eyes of the Ogre. Xuther was sure he would feel, in a few moments, a terrible pain as the monsters club smashed into his body, breaking him completely, mortaly wounding him. However the Ogre didn't even live to dish out another attack as the same white ball from moments ago whistled through the air, this time in the form of lightening. It struck the Ogre square in the back of the head.

A sickening sizzling sound filled the air as the Ogre was cooked alive, before falling to the ground.

When Jacob realized the creature was dead, he walked over to the man.

"We need to leave this part of the forest now! That roar is likely to attract the creature I thought was about to attack you. Now we need to go back to Hulure!" said Jacob.

Jacob gave one last look at the dead Ogre and then walked South, back to Hulure.

As the watcher cried out, "Land! Stonebeard!" Allanon started changing into his demon form. All eyes were toward Stonebeard, which Allanon was in their view, so their attention changed to Allanon. Soon the hypnotic effect of Allanon's eyes had them paralyzed until the violence started, which Allanon began immediately.

He first went for the captain, not liking the rather tall man from the beginning because he wreaked with kindness and morals. For the whole crew and passengers, he either ripped them apart, bled them dry while they were still alive, or threw them overboard gravely wounded so he could hear their gargled screams of pain.

After it was all over, Allanon reverted back to human form. Once again he wiped blood from his mouth, but savored the taste. Estimating that the ship would collide with the docks and possibly hurt many people, Allanon was satisfied and did not try to change the direction of the ship. Instead, he took one of the small landing boats, and rowed ashore not far from the seashore town with the docks. They would prove more delightful.

Robin searched the cell frantically, the drumbeats, played by one of the skeletal figures, droned forever, echoing in her mind. It went faster, and faster still, her anxiety increasing.

You see, Robin has always had a fear of this moment. A dream haunts her sleep. Skeletons surround a bonfire, and Robin feels chills throughout her body, a drum beating all the while. Near the end, one of the skeletons approaches her, and lifts back its hood to reveal... She wakes up.

She tries frantically to escape this nightmare, to convince herself it isn't real, just another dream, but it is all too real to her. In the dream, she could not escape, and the problem follows suite in real life. The events play through as she cowers under the blanket, holding her sword near. Whatever it was that was at the end, it terrified her beyond belief.

A shrill screech echoed throughout the night, and the drumming stopped. This is the end. A lone figure walked up to the cold iron bars, and Robin screamed. It pulled back its hood, to reveal...the skeletal face of her father. The cold realization of the necromantic reanimation swept through her, and she shuddered behind the blanket. A whisper swept through the air. Robin.

Gliding on the wings of a sparrow, which she had chosen for this occasion, Sharr made her way to the edge of the wood and found her target digging holes for fence posts. Th man was obviously exhausted from working under the blazing sun all day, but that would only make him easier to snare.

Finding a boulder that she could sit on and catch the man's attention, Sharr took a seat, and waited for the farmer to notice her. It was almost sunset when the farmer finally looked up from his tireing work. "Hmmmm, this one's very dedicated to his work, it's a shame he'll never get to see the sun rise," Sharr thought as she store deeply into the mans eyes, entrancing him, she pulled a twig off her leg and tossed it at him playfully then ran a little ways into the forest, giggling childishly.

The man, confused at the girls unusual appearance and behaviour followed her, "You know, you shouldn't go into those woods young lad, they can be dangerous after dark," he called after her.

"Foolish human, I'm the most dangerous thing he'll ever find in these woods, and she smiled kindly at him, before running a little deeper, shedding various twiggs and leaves as she ran, revealing a little more skin as each fell to the forest floor.

"Stupid girl," the man cursed under his breath, "She's gunna get herself killed." She was almost out of sight, he'd never catch her at this rate, and could only follow, he couldn't let such a beautiful girl die in a wretched place like this.

THe forest darkened around the man, but he didn't notice he was starting to catch up to the girl, "Just a little farther," he thought.

"Just a little bit further," Sharr repeated the man's thoughts as they entered a clearing. Above them the moon shone brightly in the night sky, a grin slowly crossed Sharr's face, however the man, having finally cought up to her, was hunched over in a vain attempt to catch his breath, and didn't notice her smile, though if he had, it would have made his blood run cold.

"Take my hand Sharr instructed the man," and he obeyed being unable to think of a reason not to.

The remaining twigs and leaves dropped off her body as the focus of the magic was shifted from them to the man, his skin in particular. At once the man looked up his face frozen with pain as his skin split seamlessly down the middle, and folded away. His mouth gaped open in a silent scream, as every muscle in his body unthreaded itself from his bones and dropped lifeless and bloody to the ground. This was Sharr's favorite part, the part when she took the man's skeleton, vital organs and all and made it dance a cruel dance untill all life had left it. Once the mans bones hung lifeless in her spell Sharr summoned a young sappling from a seed to grow and support the skeleton at the edge of the forest closest to Musil where she had first spotted the man.

Dimitri crossed his arms in annoyance. "Master, you know that I am ready, I know that I am ready. Why do you deny it? I have been ready for some time now."

The old man sighed. "Dimitri, you have much to learn. You are never ready unless do not think yourself ready. To think yourself ready is to head towards disaster." The master rose from his chair and walked towards a window overlooking the kingdom of Hulure. "Dimitri, you think you can protect people, you think you can protect our kingdom? Tell me, what do you know of the outside world? What do you know of the evils that lay in wait for anyone who dares pass them out there? You are not ready, Dimitri, you must accept this for now. With time, you will be ready, but for now, you are not."

Dimitri walked to the wall and leaned against it, trying to contain his anger. "Master! I am ready! Whether you like to think it or not, I know my own skill. I have practiced with you many times and I know I have matched your skill level. I would enjoy leaving with your blessing, but I am leaving today, without your guidance and blessing or with."

The man seemed to age as Dimitri spoke. His shoulders sagged and his face grew weary. "Dimitri, I see that I will not be able to convince you otherwise. Please wait here for now." The master shuffled away to the secret room underneath the staircase. An old, rusting trunk lay in the middle. The master withdrew a key from the pocket of his robe and inserted it into the chest. The chest creaked as the lid was opened. The man summoned Dimitri.

"Master, what is this?" Dimitri asked, as he ambled towards his master's position, then laying his eyes on the contents of the trunk. "But... but master! You.. you can't give this to me!" Dimitri was in awe of the contents in the trunk.

The man smiled, his white beard crinkling. "I have been saving this for you, Dimitri, the day you left on your quest. I would have liked to save it for longer, but you are leaving now. Take it, use it on your journey. I bid you farewell and safe passage to wherever you may travel." The master's eyes sparkled as he turned away, heading towards the stairs and leaving Dimitri along with with trunk.

Dimitri took some time to view all of the contents in the trunk. The first item he picked up was a pitch black robe. It felt soft in his hands and it reminded him of a fabric he had felt once before: silk. Shedding his current, dirtied robe, Dimitri slipped on the new robe. He held his hands at his side and touched the cloth, reassuring him that he was really wearing clothing. The silk fabric was soft, yet it warmed him with a magical aura. Dimitri remembered his master talking about this robe in the past, it had belonged to his own master, who was once an extremely powerful mage.

Dimitri shifted his focus to the second item and examined the boots. They seemed to blend into the surrounding enviroment. Dirt seemed to rise up from the boots, but Dimitri believed it was just an illusion. His master's master had worn these boots, and they were imbued with the power of agility and co-existion with the enviroment.

Dimitri locked his sight on the next and final item in the chest. Light sparked off of it, and Dimitri trembled as he held it in his hand. The black marble reflected the image of his face, and he beheld awe. The staff was straight as an arrow, and it seemed to weigh a feather in his hand. Dimitri's eyes probed the staff, searching and scanning every nook and cranny. Four runes ran up the side, each with a specific meaning. The first one granted lightness of items, allowing great strength if there was good in the wearer's heart. The second rune was the rune of energy, granting limited stamina and energy if the holder's heart was true. The third was the rune of sight and sound, increasing the sharpness of the owner's vision and hearing if his path is straight. The fourth one was the rune of forgiveness. For if the owner would be true to the rightous path, forgiveness is divine and shall reveal the true path of the holder.

Dimitri walked towards the exit of the door, carrying only what his master had given him and what little gold and bread he had felt necessary to bring.

***

Dimitri thought back to that day. He now knew it had been a mistake, he even knew back at that day, deep down inside his heart. Dimitri understood that he had been foolhardy, thinking the world could not contain him. Well, Dimitri could not contain the world. He bent his neck and examined the two dep scars on his arm and leg, as he had done many times before.

The young elementalist, only 35 when he left, had ventured out into the world. He had fought several battles, winning most, running away at others... I suppose that should have been an indication of what was to come, that some battles could not be won. But Dimitri still believed that he was unbeatable.

One week into his journey, Dimitri had found a cavern. He was feeling decidedly cocky that day, and the mage wandered into the cavern. A large monster had surprised him, crawling out behind him. It's tendrals had whipped and snapped at Dimitri, toying with him like a ragdoll. Blood had splattered across the cave, and two deep gashes spilled much blood. Dimitr's wand was at the other side of the cavern, scattered there when he was first knocked from behind. The monster eventually became bored with his prey and left Dimitri to die. Indeed, he would have, would it not have been for two woman who had wandered into the cave after hearing his cries.

The two woman - girls, actually - had brought him to an elderly woman who was skilled in the arts of healing. She had been able to heal his wounds as he recovered, but Dimitri requested that she leave the two deepest, as reminders to his fallability.

Dimitri shook his head as he realized that he had let his mind wander for too long. He needed to travel and continue his current mission... that was all he had done since then, complete missions (although none that were unrightous in any way). The latest was to defeat some monster. The elementalist's skill had grown, and he was able to take on much greater tasks, although he did not become cocky. His own, personal glory quest had been put on hold indefinately, he had failed once an dhe would not try again.

Dimitri mounted his horse, whom he had named Enshrine to remember that day, purchased from a local stable. He began to gallop towards the gate, and enjoyed riding his horse for a while, relishing the breeze flapping his silk robe. Several figures appeared on the horizon.

"Hail, good sirs!" Dimitri called out, and continued to gallop forward. The shapes began to gain distinction and Dimitri's mind was piqued. Dimitri urged his horse on faster, wondering if it could be true. 'It can't be true... it's impossible, he was supposed to leave!' Dimitri thought to himself, the horse gaining speed.

The horse sped to the group and Dimitri dismounted, all the while running towards the four. He recognized a familiar sight, it had to be true! He grew closer and recognized the eyes... the distinct eyes. It was him!

"M... Master!?"

(OOC: Alrighty, that took me a while. Yikes, a long while. Oh well, now that I'm in the plot, I should be able to make posts faster than one post per 1.15 hours. Oh well, that's why it always takes me so long to get the first post in on an RP. This is an okay post, not bad, it should be good for now. :))

Sharr awoke to the smell of smoke. Her eyes snapped open as her mind recognised the smell of burning trees. From her tree she sees animals running from the orange glow on the horizon. Sharr doned her morning wings and fluttered up above the canopy.

Black smoke billowed up from the horizon, flames flickering above the treetops.

"This cannot be, they're burning the forest, my forest," Sharr thought.

Men piled straw and paper into the raging flames, the wind was on their sided today, and was fanning the fire into the woods. The people of Musil were tired of loosing valued citizens to the forest's gloom, and last night the final straw had been broken, and there was nothing holding back their wrath as they threw small glass containers of kerosine into the raging fire.

Sharr grew the wings of an eagle and sped off to the Nymph elders, as the cries of the rioting humans reached her dwelling, the flames were less than an hour away by now and gaining speed rapidly.

(OOC: To tired to do this next conversation, just going to put Sharr in a position to leave the forest)

Sharr reaced the Council of elders, however Mallenn had taken root in the minds of his fellow elders, and has Sharr banished to serve under Lord Tangeleon who has been controlling the council from the onset, however she doesn't know this.

"What news do you bring for me my beauty?"

*Eeka gave a grin of her own and ran a fingernail across Tangeleons shoulderpads*

"Just as you expected mi'lord. The High Council in Hulure expect everything you have. Yet they know not of your demons and hold over the black dragons. They expect you in 5 days, not 3 like you intend. *grins* And at this rate, I believe you will take Hulure for yours in less then a week."

*Tangeleon turned and went back over to the balcony, as Eeka followed him. He gave almost a pleseant smile as he restsed his gloved hands on the railing. Already he could hear Folahk storming down the halls toward his courtroom. The double doors flew up and and in bounced the bulking Orc. holdign his heavy double-bladded battle axe at his side. slamming one fist over his chest plate with a snort*

"The ship's are ready for tommorows invasion Lord Tangeleon! The Orcs are already loading the weaponry and all ships are ready for sail. What have you me do now?" *huffs*

*Tangeleong turns his gaze to stare upon his most trusted warrior, turned, and walked back into the courtroom. Slow steps with his arms crossed, Eeka following close behind*

"First, have Vlar`Wort gather all the demons that fly to the docks. Secondaly, gather up your best men, leave the goblins. *smirks* And prepare my arrangements. I will be joining the siege upon Stonebeard. I want to be there first hand as we cripple those Dwarves and steal thier technologies which we have not even come across yet." *Tangeleon gives a sly smile and returns to his throne*

"Yes Lord Tangeleon!" *Folahk slammed his fist agaisnt his chest again and left, snarling at Eeka as he did. Eeka went over and sat next to Tangeleons throne.

Medivh was pleased. He was almost never pleased, even when things were going his way. He stood on a platform overlooking the massive summoning auditorium. Looking down, he saw thousands of necromancers summoning demonic creatures and warriors from the pits of hell. He turned to the Supreme Necromancer.
"I am pleased. Very pleased. I will inform Lord Tangeleon, and he will be pleased as well."
The Necromancer grinned and called out encouragement as Medivh left.

The Great Demon Commander opened the door of Lord Tangeleon's chambers. He knew what was going on, but didn't care. He enjoyed looking upon the Sorceress. She had a fine form, and was quite skilled, Medivh having experienced her himself. He did not flinch nor stutter or stammer as they glared at him.
"My lord, I am greatly pleased with the Necromancer summoning. They are operating 300% better than I had expected. We have 25 portals, and a demon comes out from each portal every thirty seconds. Magnificent, my lord."

Jacob and the other men walked through the forest. Suddenly, he heard from behind, "M... Master!?" Jacob, recognizing the voice turned around. It can't be!

But it was.

"Dimitri! What are you doing out here? Long time!"

"Not that long, Master." Smiled Dimitri. But the smile looked like it was hiding shame and sadness.

"Dimitri, what is wrong? Oh, and how is your quest going?"

Dimitri mearly looked down at the ground.

"I was wrong, Master...You were right, I wasn't ready to go out into the world, to face the challenges it brought. I'm no better than an apprentice. You should not even look at me."

"Oh, come now, we both know that isn't true. You hold great power, great control, Dimitri...you just need to...unlock it." said Jacob.

"And I think I know something I might be able to teach you that I didn't before." continued Jacob with a grin.

"And what would that be?" said Dimitri, his voice sounding disbelieving.

"Trestriaglaunan Texts. You know some of them, a majority of them being being on your staff, and that's not many." laughed Jacob.

"However, we need to get to Stonebeard first, as that bastard, Tangeleon, is about to invade it. After Tangeleon's forces are all killed, I shall teach you of the Trestriaglaunan text."

After that, the men continued and got back into Hulure.

"My dear men. I am afraid that I must be leaving you now if I am to get to Stonebeard tommorow night! Is there anything you require or would like? But you will have to be quick!" said Kilik.

"I propose we all go so as to thwort Tangeleon's invasion. Some may not think we are enough to make a difference, but we are. We can and will make a difference...unless someone doesn't want to go to Stonebeard. In which case..." said Jacob, who then pulled out a rather large bag. It was full of coins.

"I can pay enough money to make any Mercany happy." continued Jacob with a smile.

Dimitri's eyes gleamed as the large sack of money landed on the table with an audible thump. His mouth drooled; Dimitri had not seem so much money for a long time. As one of the other men began to reach for it, Dimitri grabbed the money and ran.

"All mine, all mine! AHAHAHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHKEKEKEEKEKEK!!!!"

JK! :D Hehe...

Dimitri's eyes followed the money as it thumped onto the table, noticing that his master had directed his gaze at the man in the Samurai armour. Dimitri directed his vision back to his master.

"Master, fighting along side you will be reward enough to accompany you to Stonebeard. I must admit, though, I am dreadfully short on funds..." Dimitri's master raised an eyebrow. "I do not know the two of you," Dimitri hastily said as he turned to the two strangers, "may you introduce yourselves to me? I am Dimitri, elementalist and apprentice under my master here." "Hmmmm...I propose that we should go to Hulure's Docks so that we might get to Stonebeard faster. Considering the gates only lead to land beyond Hulure while the place we want to go is surrounded by water." said Jacob with a wink.

"So we should meet at the docks. At least, that is where I shall be. Now, I go to get supplies. You may come with me if you wish, Dimitri, seeing as it'll take awhile for you to go back to where ever you made your home." and with that, Jacob rushed off to his house.

***

Jacob got to his house, a rather plain place, and gathered his and Dimitri's supplies within. Food, canteans of water, sacks of money, and Jacob pulled out thick, enchanted chain mail armor. The armor was enchanted so that when struck by a weapon of some kind, it would instantly become thicker and harder, yet as all this happens, the armor stays light as a feather. It was also said to heal itself over time. Jacob put the armor on under his robe and was now prepared for the journey. He then turned around and gave Dimitri a sack full of these items, but it wasn't heavy at all.

"This," said Jacob pointing.

"Is your supplies. The sack I'm holding is my supplies. I've given you armor in there like mine, it's your choice if you want to wear it or not. Now, do you require anything else or should we leave?" said Jacob.

Hey people! Name is Alex (short for Alexia), and I'm new here! I love RPing, in all shapes and forms, and this looks like the place to do it!

Name: Nikki
Race: Human
Town: Tangeleon’s citadel
Base Ability(Class): Warrior
Age: 19
Alligned: Chaotic
Apperance: Tall and slender, considered outrageously attractive. Long raven-black hair, stunning and piercing purple eyes, she is fit and (in many opinions) perfectly curved. She wields two short swords, one in each hand, and is quite skilled. She wears form-fitting black leather armor
Bio: Alexia is a young warrior, who uses any means necessary to get the job done. A cold, calculating killer, she has been on her own since the age of 13, when she killed her abusive father, whom used her as a slave…in more ways then one. 'Torias don't be anxious and hasty, will hear from them sooner or later.'

The door knocks and a soldier comes in, 'Colonel one of the spies returned and is requesting an audience'

'Tell him to come in'

Shadesong enters the room and hands over his report, Torias and Raruk look at the report thoroughly. 'Forces are gathering in Hulure and the whole city is mobilizing for war, they will be ready to defend against attackers in a weeks' time. Also strange murders have been reported and mutilated bodies were found!'

Torias looks Raruk then turns his head and faces Shadesong, 'Well done Shadesong, here is the money you requested. You will payed more if you get me information about the origin of the attackers and their strength, just get me proofs, tell shadeblade too, dissmissed.'

Shadesong leaves. 'Raruk a war is about to begin, double the guards and the patrols and keep our men calm and ready, I will request an audience with the elders and the King. Check anyone who enters our kingdom and report to me for anything suspicious.'

Robin....My dear...

Get away from me! You're not real! You died!

I am....dead...But Lord Tangelon has made me live again, though some things still lack...

You're a monster! Go away!

Robin...

Robin huddled in the corner, and cried herself to sleep.

In the morning, she awoke. Bright rays shone down through a slit in the wall, the sun not yet reaching the inner courtyard. The steady beat of marching soldiers echoed through the air.

Another skeleton unlocked the jail door, and callously pulled Robin up.

You are free to go. The one who wished to question you has accepted your release.

Robin stepped outside, and walked into the forest, wondering where she ended up.

Allanon stood in the shadows of his 4th night at the docks. He had a few dwarves here and there, for a while, but he wasn't satisfied. There would, however, be a band of dwarves at the docks, standing guard and repairing the docks.

Once the dwarves appeared, Allanon moved closer, still in human form. But then a taller figure appeared and the moonlight made Allanon stop as he saw the figure's face. She was Elven, which was a curious sight to see Elves and Dwarves not at conflict with each other, but Allanon knew her personally. It was disconcerting to see her here, and Allanon reflected on the past.

About 600 years ago, he had met this young demon hunter. An amateur, and Allanon easily disarmed her. But he didn't kill her. Something was different about this one. So he took her as a captive. He chained her to a wall and fed her whatever animal he could get. At first, she took to spitting on him, refusing to eat, etc. But the hunger and thirst grew, and she couldn't resist.

Weeks later, Allanon having never spoken to her, whether it be answering her questions or making suggestions, caught her by surprise when he said he was going to take the chains off. Allanon trusted that she wouldn't run away. Even if she did, she wouldn't get far. In the night she did try to escape, but Allanon caught her again.

Months later, Allanon took the chains off again. By this time, Allanon had showed that he meant no harm to her, and even told her some about himself. She responded with guarded and cautious revealments of her past.

During the next 5 years, Allanon taught her her own trade, to hunt demons. Allanon was never a fan of demon gatherings, but knew where they were regardless. He'd bring her to such gatherings and let her take out the demons. If she was in trouble, Allanon would either use his magic or change to help her.

One fateful night, Allanon and the Elven girl got a bit intimate. This all went for 40 some years. Allanon found it all extremely odd. He did miss the carnage, but at the same time (very odd for him) he felt a love for this Elven woman. But then it started drifting, much to Allanon's dismay. He knew why too. She loved him for a while, but eventually she wanted to be with her own race. She thought being a demon hunter and loving a demon was a bit hypocritical. She started using sarcasm about massacres Allanon would do to every little subject. To quell his anger, Allanon would go out days at a time and kill again.

One day, she tried to kill him. They were both pretty evenly matched, Allanon in his demon form and she using her agility and knowledge to stay alive. But Allanon hadn't wanted to kill her, and eventually knocked her unconcious.

But now she was here, at Stonebeard, at the docks, and the reason unknown. He wasn't sure if he wanted to kill her or run away.

Medivh grinned. He had found three likely prospects for his team. One was a drow female named Robin. She had been located, and 3 agents were on her way to apprehend her.

Another was a demon named Allanon. He was powerful, and Medivh, ever cautious, sent 20 agents to take him; Ten warriors, 5 mages, and 5 necromancers. They should be able to subdue him.

His third prospect was a young human woman named Nikki. Talented, he hears, and according to his agents, amazingly attractive. Medivh would go for this one himself.

ooc: Thanks for standing up for me Ender! *Huggles*

Nikki was walking through the streets of the sprawling city that surrounded Tangeleon's Citadel. It was an amazing place, perfect for her. Lots and lots of people to take advantage of, lots and lots of opportunities. She was hoping to find a way into Tangeleon's Citadel, maybe even see the Great Lord herself. She was drawn to power and authority, and Tangeleon had a lot of that. She shivered and grinned mischeviously at the mere thought.
"Hey you! Come here!" Nikkie froze and her hand went to her twin short swords. She turned to her left and saw a huge, cloaked figure standing in the shadows of an alleyway. Intrigued, she inched closer.
"Who are you?"
"I work for Lord Tangeleon. I'm interested in hiring you for a job. It means glory, power, and riches."
Nikki immediately lifted her hands. She entered the alley, then her eyes widened and she shivered. She always had a knack for sensing power, in all its shapes and forms. This being, whatever and whoever he was, was pouring with it. It overwhelmed her, and she licked her lips excitedly.
"What's the job?" She purred, moving deeper into the alley.
"You will work with me and hopefully two others. Together, we will be Tangeleon's special warriors. You will live in the Citadel, and be treated like a queen.
"Treated like a queen? I like the sound of that. Can I assume that you will be there?" She asked, a hopeful and seductive tone in her voice.
"Of course I will." The figure swept back his cloak, and Nikki gasped. Her new employer was a demon! And not just any demon, but a tall, muscular, demon lord. She could feel pure powering radiating off of him. His shiny black armor shone in the moonlight, and his cape swirled behind him in the breeze. She took in his red and black skin, and grinned.
"I accept," Nikkie replied, bowing. "What is your name?"
"Some call me the Sword of Tangeleon, or the Hand of Tangeleon, or the Supreme Commander, or the Order of the Citadel. It matters not, for I am Medivh, and I am my own master. Now, join me in the Citadel, you shall know what power truly is."

Sharr was brought to the narthex leading to Lord Tangeleon's quarters. She was greeted by an aparation seated behind a desk, arranging various forms, and signing others.

"The master is a little preoccupied at the moment, would you mind waiting, there's a librairy in the east wing if your interested, he should only be buisy for a couple of hours, enjoy the spare time while you have it," And with that the spectre returned to its work.

Sharr decided to take the specral secretary's advice and made her way as close to east as she could remember. She was beginning to think she'd lost her way when she spotted the large double doors with the word Librairy scrawled across them.

Kilik nknowing he had all the provisions he needed already ran to the docks so he could get a boat big enough for a small band of men, a few horses and a cart. Kilik stands by the waters edge and looks up and down the docks in search of a large sturdy boat.

(OOC: Could you guys carry this on because Im a little short on time!)
"Pick that one."

Kilik whirled around, startled, only to see Dimitri and Jacob. He then looked at Jacob's aged, slender finger. He then fallowed its gaze, only to see a large ship. It was slender and light so that it would go fast and easy on the cargo within, yet it was large enough to hold a vast amount of cargo, and was strong enough to withstand several possible attacks while on the ocean.

"That one will do us good." Said Jacob, getting out a large sack of gold.

Allanon went back into the shadows, and started away from the port village. His thoughts were occupied, and he was puzzled why HE, a demon, was feeling frustration on whether to kill a demon hunter or run away. Then he ran into a group of 20. 10 of which were warriors by the look of them, swords and armor. The other ten must be magic users.

After a short conversation where Allanon said he could come quietly, they all started walking toward the port village. He then changed into his demon form and leaped at the nearest magic user.

Now, you have to see what's going on. Obviously, the 20 are skilled and Allanon is frustrated. So when Allanon leaps at the nearest magic user, he is met by a sword and spear of 2 warriors. The spear went directly into him, pushing him rather far back and peircing deeper than any recent injury. The sword didn't do much damage but give him a sort of wide paper cut. This just made Allanon even more angry.

But a mage cast a spell that sent Allanon sprawling into a net, which the rest of the warriors were holding. They weren't fast enough in closing the net, which was made of enchanted chains. Allanon leaped out and caught the first 2 warriors in the throat and chest. His fangs ripped out one's throat and the other's chest was impaled on Allanon's claws. As Allanon landed, he caught 5 of the spellcasters, now identified as necromancers, calling up skeletons.

With the one warrior's body still stuck on one of Allanon's front claw, he only had one to use, which was to rip the arm off of one of them. As soon as he did that, he was hit with another spell. The spell was maintained by 3 of the mages, a net of fire just to cause pain. Allanon ran away to a distance where the concentration needed by the mages was too great, and the fiery net fallen. The skeletons were formed and coming toward him, not that they would be too much of a hassle regularly, but they were holding the net. He decided to deal with the mages first, and killed one by savagely throwing the slain warrior on his claw and crushing the mage against a tree.

Then he was dodging about, spells were flying at him, but to no avail. He smashed into 2 of the mages, breaking too many bones for them to handle and they died.

The necromancers were doing something else now, but Allanon was contending with the warriors. They were rather easier, their weapons doing little damage, but they attacked with a tactic that allowed them to move in and out while slashing Allanon. So he leaped to a tree and rebounded off of it, ripped through 3 warriors as he was going at them claws first.

As he felt he was nearing triumph, the necromancers finished their spell and a bone prison surrounded him. The net soon followed, with an enchanted metal cage on a ship to make it's way to Tangelon's Citadel.

1st: My character was PMed, sorry if I broke any of your rules without knowing
2nd: I was aware of the map but thought that you were too when you originally posted, after all you said about a bridge that was likely a wonder of this world so I thought... wrong.
3rd: Ok, we'll change/edit the bridge part with, near the docks, and all is ok, isn't it?)

Torias went to the King's Hall and requested an audience, the elders informed him that they will see him tomorrow at midday since it was late for today.
Torias returned to castle Stonebeard, he inspected the patrols and guards and went to sleep.

On the next day, early in the morning, as the battalion was training as always, a too loud impact sound was heard. The guards turned their heads towards the docks where was the origin of the sound and saw the docks ablaze. A ship, uncontrolled smashed on the docks and set the place ablaze as it struck the foundry nearby.
Torias ordered, 'Second and Third Division to the docks to set the fire out'.
A guard cried out, 'there is a battle half a mile away of the docks'
'First Division with me, full march'

After ten minutes Torias was there, 100 feet away of the fight. He could see some wizards, some warriors and a beast caged? 'Box formation' called out 'March forward'. Upon reaching 50 feet he saw the wizs gesturing and concetrating while the warriors assumed a defensive formation. 'Halt' shouted he wouldn't risk his mens' lives as long as these guys where not offensive, he shouted loud 'Throw your weapons and surrender' no reply was given. He knew that he should force them to do so, so Dwarves advanced toward them. Upon reaching thirty feet the wizs stopped muttering and after a while they all dissapeared.
'Bloody wizards, I wonder why we hate them less than water' his soldiers smiled on theirs commander comment! Torias turned back without having any info of what was that about, lost in thoughts... what was left there was mutilated bodies...

"No, I will pay. The money I carry with me is quite a bit more than I need!"
Kilik gets out his money and pays the man.
"Now, where is the other one?"

Isiah bought or stole all the magical supplies that he needed and quickly moved through the market street. Only to a trained eye as his could have spotted the invisible magical emblem floating above a nondescript doorway. It was the universal sign of Lord Tangelon and Isiah walked into the building. The door slammed shut behind him.

It all happened in slo-mo. The snap of bow strings. The crackling of air as the arrows flamed into blue projectiles of death. Isiah reached his arms skyward and grabbed the wooden beam overhead flinging his body up. The missles passed harmlessly beneath him. A rapid movement of his hand from the ceiling and multiple round orbs flashed in the fading blue haze.

They fell to the ground where a thunder shrieked in the air and revereberated around the cramped interior of the chamber.

"Hold your fire," hissed a voice in the darkness. Time jumped back to the present and Isiah leaped skillfully to the floor scooping up his dropped possessions back into the folds of his coat.

"Thanks for the welcome committee," Isiah said sarcastically fixing up a few ruffles in his tucked undershirt.

"Don't mention it turd-slime," spat out the other. The voice was given a shape as he stepped out of a shadow and what a truly grotesque creature. Mottled skin, gaunt and scarred facial features, skeletal body; a true abomination in everyway. How the thing lived and breathed could only be attributed to some diabolical magic.

"State your business and then begone! Your stench reeks of the living."

But Isiah took his time and slapped down a piece of faded parchment onto an oily desktop before the skeletal man. The eyes bulged out his head as he read the demonic characters written in the blood of virgins. The single candle burning on the desk gave little hint to what else lurked in the surrounding darkness.

"Humph," he said. Suddenly he was all smiles, even more disgusting on his rotting physique, "Transportation will be waiting outside. From there they will take you to Musi Village where you will then travel by ship to the Kingdom of Hulure. That's as far as my power extends. Now get out of here." He pushed the paper back to Isiah who gladly walked out of the stinking room and back into the street.

As promised, a group of shifty men cloaked in black were waiting for him sitting atop some horses. Isiah jumped atop the one horse that didint have a rider and together they made speed down the dirt road, clouds of dust flying behind them.

The two days and nights of riding were altogether uneventful. Isiah didn't make conversation and neither did they, perfectly fine with him. At one point in their journey, one of the cloaked men pointed down the road and whispered a few words, then they all branched off into different directions.

Shrugging indifferently, Isiah rode into Musi Village, shouted an
