What is the point of this?

It says how many replies a thread has and how many views it has. What is the point of that? We can already see that when we click on the thread. Also there is quite a distance from that bar and the start of the thread.

A large number of people do not enter threads through their links inside of the forumdisplay, in addition that displays on the top of each page, so you'll see that no matter what page you're viewing.

And -- the only reason for it displaying 0 views, is that it takes the cached information in the already loaded file, thus not requiring an additional query to operate.

Same here. It is more annoying than helpful but its the headmasters choice, not ours.

Besides, if you're bothered by font at 75% that takes up a maximum of three lines on the screen, then you've some issues. :p

I find it useful actually. Fun to see if its popular or not (easier to understand then the columns in the forumdisplay as well... No stupid tables to look at :P)
