ok tell me if this works in team matchs i get fiends at the beginning then i upgrade to halls of the dead fast get 5 acolytes 4 a gold mine then get black citedel then get frosties

It won't work well at all. Getting frost wyrms is expensive and takes time. If you have competant opponents, they'll outnumber you before you get more than a few frosties out. Also, mass ranged units is the general trend for late game 2v2's, so frost wyrms will get owned even if you do get them out.
Also, Vern, can you post strategy topics in the strategy sub-forum from now on, instead of the main forum?

well that is a good strategy but are you sure you have enough lumber and gold for that?

Hm...If you want frosties then I suggest getting a limited number of ghouls for the sake of creeping and defending your base, maybe 6-7. Your teammates can help you out anyway. Then you can just tech all the way.
If you want fiends then teching to necros/banshees if probably the best I can suggest.
Here's a replay containing both strategies on the same team. 4v4 RT, won by yours truly.
u were yellow right. why didnt u posses them with banshees n also pink just straight teched to frosties

Hello Vern,
4 vs 4 is med to long-time game if you support each other: so, in my opinion, don't rush for frosties. Consider building a main force of max six aboms and up to five fiends while backed up by five or six statues and a couple of necros. The statues alone will support your army and your allies army making them last twice as long on the heat of battle. Then get a couple of frosties mainly as faint as the enemies will mass probably anti-air and your aboms will hack and slash through them. Use the frosties wisely, once they die you should built no replacement espessially in the final stage as they require a great ammount of time and their upkeep cost is too much!!! Try to balance the resources spent to unit-creation and teching cause when you dedicate to something you are vulnurable to the other and an early sizeable army will be crushed by four joint forces or it will slower your resource collection due to upkeep.
i just thought of the best 1v1 undead startegy i won 5 games in a row meaning i only played 5 1v1 games

this is my strat. 2 acolye's on gold, ghoul on wood; with the ac. build an altar then a ziggy. que 2 ac's. and put the other ac on gold. first ac built next gets put on gold, the next ac builds a crypt and then another ziggy. select which ever hero u want (LICH!!!!!) and que 6 ghouls on crypt depending on which hero u have. put one ghoul on wood, get an ac from the gold min to build a graveyard, and then tech up while ur hero and 5 ghouls are out creeping.
That works for me any ways and is especially good on b.net against noobs.

In response to LW3TFT: Thats an ok strat, but I reccomend Crypt, Altar, zig, Tomb, Zig. You get a ghoul and a hero out faster, and your only waiting about 2 seconds for the zig to finish for the rest of the ghouls. And that leaves open for a quick rush or some early creeping, attacking an enemy with 5 ghouls and a hero with a Nec wand can be quite devastating if used right, especially against many night elf players XD, KILL THOSE WOOD WISPS! Well against Orc and Night Elf I usually go fiends, BO for that I use: Grave, Crypt, Zig, Altar when the crypt finishes make a ghoul, when the grave finishes make a fiend then another zig then another just start pumping fiends, i reccemend the CL against Orc and the Death Knight agianst night elves. If you mix a lich with this strat its also good against undead early game, mid game get some necros with them and use raise dead(obviously) and unholy frenzy on the fiends. Orcs and NE almost NEVER get dispellers so overrunning them should be somewhat simple.RavageR: .....backed up by five or six statues Bad idea, only ever get 2 statues one on Essence of Blight and the other on Spirit Touch, the statues dont stack, if one goes off and you have 6, NONE of the others set on the same ability will go off, unless it finds a target that wasnt affected by the other stat, but even then when it goes off all the units affected by the first stat wont be affected. This is much different in the case of two different players, if two players make a stat on Essence Of Blight, they will not interrupt each other, making for some insane regeneration.

Hmm... i also got a ud strat got it from a gosu but i never will do it as god as that gosu could...got 3 acolytes and 1 ghoul send the ghol on wood selct 3 acolytes end em on mine get 2 acolytes in the hall then use of one acolytes to summon crypt and ziggurat put him back wait till 2 acolytes are done order another one whe hes done build an alatar with it and get another ziggurat( depends on what u wonna get fiends or ghouls u can change another ziggurat for a gaveyard and get one more ghoul after, then another ziggurat) after that get 3 more ghouls on wood to stay and abput 3 fpr the first green creepout. Then i suggest get 2 more acolytes and summon another ziggurat to continue get ghouls. if u sure ur opponent doesnt know ur plans creep out a mine. Get all 3 acolytes to summon a mine and get them on it(still continue get ghouls and creep must have at least 12 by that time). Then i suggest u try try to get one more ghouls on wood if u dont get enough and get necs with statues and wagons. As long as u got gold u might build anoter acolyte after upgrade summon more ziggurats fpr defending upgrade 2 or 3. If u get more then 3 stautes u can upgrade 3 or 4 to destroyers very effective vs orks. Don't forget some upgrades on melee skeletons and of course the skeletal mages. Use ur graveyard as a source of dead bodies for the wagons or get an upgrade of production of dead bodies(forgot the term for dead bodies). As long as u got at elast 3 necs with master training and u never got attacked, even if u did its ok, u are ready to attack u gt ghouls for melee but they wont do much so i suggest jsut one or 2 aboms summon skeletons and see where the ooponents base is if u got him to the base however it happened u are in the lead already. When hes in the base u have to come and summon as many skeletons u can and keep sending em inside after u did it take the army u got( plus 20-30 skeletons) and attack the base use wagons for buildings and i think u would be strng nought to take an army out with skeletons. If ur ooponent is orc he would try to use magic buffs now that u got destroyers demolish the buffs and u will also get mana from that. Well my strat is so unfinishedi cannot explain everythng so u can uderstand stuff by urself.

Use This
1. Send 3 aco to gold mine and send ghoul To work
2.train 2 aco
3.1st trained aco , summon Grave Yard and then Crypt!!! (<--crazy things?),send to the mine
4.2nd trained aco, send to the mine
5.if you have enough money ,summon Ziggurat , then Altar
6.Train 1ghoul and send to work
7.train 2 crypt fiend and summon crypt lord and go hunting
and so on so on
Use diz tips with "BUG~DEATHKNIGHT"Strategy (use 10Crypt,1!Crypt lord!,1Death knight,and Many frostys)
Carrion Beetle for death knight's life!!!
