I'm just wondering why the word 'forum' is censored in the custom title. Can anyone tell me why?

Mabey because they don't want you imitating 'officials'? i.e. forum master, forum authority, official forum skapegoat.

OR, imagine if spambot put Forum Administrator in his title and started threatening newbies.

I think you'll find "Administrator" is also censored :)

OK, how about 'Forum Webmaster'?
OR 'Forum Administrat0r'?

As the forum sponge it's your job not to get it, or you'll inflate.

Blah, Blah, Blah. This is a retarded post.
Don't warn me for this because AJ knows what was in here before I edited this post.

You piqued my curiosity. What was in it?
BTW, I figured a way around it, I don't think any of the mods or admins care enough to bother with me, though.
I vote you stop all attempts to bypass the filters, or I'll remove the ability for custom titles.
That simple.

I think that it's cool for the filters to be in place, to keep people from having bad custom titles. But "Official Forum Scapegoat" is a far cry from being unreasonable or misleading or malicious or anything else. Of course it's not a good idea to set a trend for working around the rules <looks around> because it sets a bad example, but I think as long as it doesn't get out of hand it's gonna be alright.
I don't have a problem with scapegoat, however i will not remove words that are currently censored so that you can use the title you wish to.
And in addition if I do find people misusing their titles I will remove them, consider removing their abilities to use custom titles at all -- and eventually will resort to fully removing the privilege.
If he is the Official Forum Scapegoat for WB, then cant he just have "Official Scapegoat" in his CT?
I mean, does he see like 5 different forums around here?

I suppose Official Warboards Scapegoat is out. Alrighty, I'll just use Official Scapegoat.
BTW, AJ, you just had to ask me to remove it... I would have done so gladly without this fuss.
EDIT: I just wanted to use official forum scapegoat because it sounds better and is more specific. Ah well.

Official Scapegoat sounds just fine.

-NeoIf I may point you in the direction of this (http://www.warboards.org/showthread.php?t=2193&page=1&pp=40) thread and this (http://www.warboards.org/showthread.php?t=2196&page=1) thread. That explains all, and since everyone obviously hates me here  I just went with the flow :D
