I went to our school dance at about 7:00 PM and it's about 10:00 PM right now.

The DJ has very bad. She kept playing random songs that sounded almost exactly the same except for the cotton eye joe and mocurina (sp?). >_<

We also had this suggestion list for songs and this one got writen so many damn times and it was ignored. >_<

school dances SUCK

music is ALWAYS crap. total. fucking. crap. i absolutly hate school dances. argggh so fucking retarded.

bad drinks (sometimes not even cold), it gets too fucking hot in there and all the people with BO begin to really stink. so annoying. fucking school dances.

Edit: Werewolf, I love Maine. I'm going on a week-long canoeing outing there middle of June on the Allagash, I dunno if you know where that is.

Get a brother to bootleg for you. :)

Then sneak in the alky inside your shirts, go to the middle, and drink away. So, if your teachers don't really pay any attention, you get away with it.

Then again, I say leave alcohol for non-school parties. Much better then. Not that I drink too much...

I used to go to the school dances in my first year of highschool. Haven't been since then though. My only motivation for going was that we could use the dance floor to practice breakdancing. Since I no longer breakdance, they're just boring as hell ^_~.

Semi-Formal and Formal are fun though, be sure to go to those!

Wow, I missed this thread for a long time...

My school dance was really cool, it was really hot out but we had air conditioning. It was mostly good music except for once when staceys mom came on and my friend started going insane...(I suggested the song becasue I know he hates it :))

Unfortuantely, he got revenge on me by signing up a kareoke form for me to sing "butterfly kisses" and I couldnt get the form from him before he gave it to the kareoke moderater person...
