Click the link first, a friend phoned me about this.

They had a shoplifter in the store and staff held him down in a chokehold, he had a major heart attack, failed kidney and shit rushed to the hospital,, kept on life support and now he's died 2 days later.. i believe andre's may get sued now.. or maybe even criminal charges laid.

Bleh, they really can't do anything more. Until they actual get some solid proof that the staff 'held him down in a chokehold', they have no way of proving it wasn't just pure fluke. I mean, this man COULD have had a serious health record, and this aggravation and stress of being caught could have pushed his poor health over the cliff, so to say.

However, if criminologists are successful in proving that his death was, in fact, directly associated to excessive violence of the store workers, they deserve the same severe punishment that any murderer receives. I do find it odd that such a young person could die of heart attack and kidney failure. That sounds more to me like the death of a middle-aged man that's drank too much beer, and eaten too many chips.

No a killer way to avoid this would be to go in prepared to kill every mother fucker in the room and THEN steal shit. :)

I say that he deserved it. People like him are causing American society to degenerate. Just wait until China catches up in, oh say, 10 years :D
What's this about "morals" I hear? People who do bad things don't deserve to be treated nicely for them. :)
