ok this can go either way
You can either take a pic of them when they were younger and make them look like they look now
or
take a pic of them from now and try to make them look younger
The only real condition is no major face swaps
Here's my first contribution to this thread - granted it doesn't look like him in the Beatles but it certainly makes him look younger when compared (http://www.germanbeat.info/images/ringo-cl.jpg) ;)
edit: here's if paul mccartney started a band if he was a young man today...
edit again: on a completely separate note - if paul was born in 1990, he'd look like this today
