Local Time?

Similar to TSL's set-up, would it be hard to implement an area in a users profile where it show's the viewer the user's local time? This would be helpful for people who live in different time-zones.

We could get really fancy and add one of those timezone maps of the world and have the section one user is in highlighted. ;)
