The Law of Mines

I have noticed through my wanderings of US East that many people do not know how to use spider mines. Yes they know how to plant them, but they do not know how to use them to defend.

Although this Law I am about to institute may already exist, but due to my egotistical nature, I will institute it under the name of Murat's Law of Mining.

When and if a contingent is under attack by melee, plant mines directly behind the contingent.
When and if a contingent is under under attack by ranged units, plant mines directly below the contingent.

If followed, the maximum utilization of spider mines is devastating. Murat's Law means that your units will act as fodder for the 2 seconds of vulnerability the mines have, allowing the mines to actually do what they are meant to do.

Wouldn't it be more effective to retreat your forces, rather to slaughter them for some mines? Furthermore the enemy player would be extraordinary stupid if he would move his units over the minefield he just observed beeing created.

How can you impeach me if I am not in a position of power to begin with? Do you mean "ban"? If so, look up 8th grade vocabulary like "impeach" in a dictionary before using it.

How do you veto this Law? It is not a "Law" as in an act of Legislation by congress or a governing body, but law as in theory. A theory cannot be vetoed, but if you truly are against it, at least attempt to disprove it, like MadMikeling.

Wow, simply amazing. Ive been taking a break from wb due to the influx of idiots like yourself, but the audacity/stupidity of your comment was just too much to resist.
First of all, you didn't post this thread for your amusement, you had faith in what you said, albeit very weak faith. For instead of backing what you said, or asking how to do it the right way, you just backed out like a coward and said:

Now, as for you little rant against GroG, thats what really caught my nerves so to speak. You sit there and try your best to belittle him by corrections and bum logic, but all your doing is making a complete fool of yourself. Monte, no offense but this is one of the dumbest, most French-like threads I've read today. Not only did you're initial post lack any substance of quality or help, but it instead rambled on and on about nothing. You have no power to institute a law, since you have no 'power' to begin with. Murat is a fag French name of a prostitute who gives out free Trombones. I would suggest you lay off of Crystal-Meth or male Schlong that you seem to enjoy a bit too much of, since it's messing with the post quality of you're work.

If you really enjoy posting random threads for self-amusement, try to stick to the right sections of Warboards for this. Starcraft tactics is not the place for random threads.
