zerg counter for unexpected wraith rush?

ok, if you scout and see fast starport then obviously, you're gonna want either hydra or spore. but me, i rush mutas usually, and if i don't scout (terran hard to scout, because they block and marines kill lords) then wraiths WILL come before muta. what to do?? apart from always getting spore. is that what i should be doing??
ps atmo i'm playing original sc because my bw disk broke, so give bw exclusive help, because im getting another copy, but atmo i won't be able to use it

2 spores, 1 at your early expansion and another on your main. Enough said. Always worked for me and remember to get ovies on hold close to the spores. If he keeps making wraiths and killing drones, chase them with scourge.

zerg counter would most likely be mutas. if they started off with mutas, you'll likely not able to do too much damage. one spore at main, and expo in the mineral line, so that it guards drones a bit too. overlord speed for overlords, after you get that feel free to spread them up to strategic positions. Make some mutas (maybe around 10-12) and around 6 scourges or so, depending of the situation. harass if you can, but dont overdo it. if they come off to kill your ovies, kill them with mutas and scourges. (attack from a direction so that they cannot escape without casualities). While doing this, zerg should take another expo, maybe two if he's doing alot of wraiths, and while this is being done, hydra upgrades and 1 or 2 evolution upgrades (missile, carapace. if you did 1 evo, carapace). Don't try to attack him too early or anything, you're not in a hurry. when you got enough of hydra/lurk/muta combo go and kill him. (at this point you shouldn't make anymore mutas) If you weren't able to win, or didn't attack cuz it would seem stupid and you wouldn't win, gather up units while teching to hive and take more expoes. When you get hive tech do cracklings etc, ultras, and defilers. depending what he does.

ya. spores will efectively counter wraiths, and you can counter rush. the hard thing is if you dont scout.

Because you gave me the opportunity to do so, I will say that you are a newb, because I also have something worthful to say, so you cannot screw me.

yes, scout and build spores, but also get a few banshees and when the terrans attack and are repulsed by spores, lopp the shees around behind them. In their effort to run away, the wraiths run right into shees.

Remember, Wraiths do not attack while moving.

idiot. If wraiths are properly controlled, they can attack while moving. they just gotta be microed well enough. Also your plan is flawed. since wraiths shoot down ovies, they can also cloak and your banshees wont see them (what is this banshee you're talking about anyway? scourge?)

Heres a rule for theorycraft nubbies...

You need to go out and find any WBer (Except TSOShadow, but you get extra points if it's Ahzz) on USEast or w/e server they're on and pwn them with your theorycraft strat for it to have ANY credulity.

If your strats are not theorycraft and are backed up with a regular rep... Then you're fine.
