Map Editor Help

I am making a new custom map to release on battle.net and i need a little bit of help? Any help about triggers will be very handy.

I have been working on a map and now I have hit a hole in the road.
I am up to the triggers and I havent got a clue on how to use them.
I have Looked everywhere for tutorials but have had no luck!

Any help whatsover would be extremely appreciated.
