problems creating an account

i decided to start up starcraft after 3 years, but it wont let me create an account, i get to the terms of use agreement page and it doesnt download, if anyone feels like helping, that'd be great, or just give me an old accout?

you could try blizzard forums they most likely know technical problems better than we do.
but if it helps (i doubt ^^) try using

Do you have the latest patch? If not, go to http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=msc0411p and download/install it.
