Well everyone who remember me from BF, a large season which ravaged my province from wildfires last year has started up again this year, :(

So far this year, there has been over 200 fires, and once again, one started up the other night, here's a picture at 2AM, it was much much better at 12 at night.

Wild fires happen a lot. Usually people don't die if the fire is responded to immediately.

Why don't you just slab a layer of concrete on top of everything flammable... :)

Kamloops, Kamloops... I vaguely remember that name, that is Alberta or BC, right? Alberta has a ton of fires too. Last year there was even more than usual, since it was so dry.

BTW, the fire probably came back because you didn't put out the ground fire or whatever it is called. The fire smolders underground over the winter and when it become dry, it rages again. You have to dig a while to find them all, and you have to put them out, otherwise it will rise up again.

Yea it's somewhere out west, I stopped in their a few years ago on a summer trip, it's really really really flat compared to the rest of the west (and Ontario O.o). Sad about the fires though, hopefully nobodies died.
