I'm buying the Battle Chest on Ebay. So I asked the seller, if he used the CD-Key. He said he did, but won't be using it anymore. So If I would buy this, will I be able to use the CD-Key again? Not really fimiliar with CD Keys.

Unless he copied and is using the CD key after he sells it then you'll be fine.

Yeah, no matter how many computers used the same CD-key, as long as no two people are using it at the same time, your ok.

You could report him to Ebay. for selling faulty products.

...or you could just buy the game new, in a store.
It costs around $15 here. Why bother with all the potential trouble eBay could give you?

Or he could be using the cd-key to run a bot 24/7, in which case you'd never be able to log onto b.net. I would think the E-bay user rating of this person would be a good measuring stick of whether or not he's telling you the truth that he won't be using his cd-key any more.
