I'm translating the game Huncraft from Hungarian to English, and I need voice actors for Kerrigan(dearly) and Artanis. Whoever can do that, please post here your MSN address so I will contact you. :)

Shai I listened to your voice overs for Duran. First of all let me commemorate you for taking the first step towards making voice overs. However, I must say that I liked the second voice over considerably more than the first one. In the first one your first one sounds garbled like you might have been breathing into the mic a little bit. You definitely get points for sounding infested in both recordings though. I find that infested Starcraft characters sort of sound like snakes would if they could talk; slithery. Listen closely to the nuances and intonation of the Duran from Starcraft's voice (it is these little details that add authenticy to voice overs) and do whatever you did when making the second voice over. Then you might want to playback your recording to someone close by to get an honest assesment of what it sounded like (to quote a cliche: you don't want to fall in love with the sound of your own voice). When I first heard the recordings I was reminded of Daggoth the Cerebrate so maybe you're already a natural for that part. Good Luck!

Your first recording is too hard to interpret. Your second one is very good.

Both have a "swish-swish-swish" sound through them, though. Is it possible for you to remove that?

I can tell you I made an Archon´s voice once for one of my maps (although the map got erased accidentally). I can also do an Ultralisk roar: ROOOAARRRRRR!!!! What do you think?
