The What is That a Picture of in the Post Above Me? Thread

Yet another spamorific thread. But it's fun!

Okay, here's how you play. You take a look at the picture in the last post. You try to think of what that is a picture of. Then you google what you think it is, and link to the picture that you find.

Example:

This is the image in the last post:

And so maybe the poster got this picture from googling "tent," but you don't tell what you googled to get it. You (who is making a new post) look at that picture and think "campsite," so you go to Google and do an image search for "campsite," and post the picture that comes up.

Just in case you don't know how to google an image, here's how.

Go to Google.com
Click on "images"
Type in your search term.
Click on the picture that you want.
Then, in the upper frame, click on "See full-size image."
Then look in your address bar of your browser and copy the URL to the clipboard.
Use this URL when you link to the image in your post using the [img] tags.



Pick any picture that comes up in your search that's on the first page of results. It doesn't have to be the #1 picture. If you see a more interesting one, go for it. :)

It doesn't have to be the first picture, just pick something from the first page or two. Something like a spider, everyone is going to google "spider" or "tarantula" but once you get weird pictures like mine up there, who knows what people will think to google, and you will get a better turnover

The only problem I see is that you can look at the image's URL and find what they searched for fairly easily.

I never have to enter characters, the [ img ][/ img ] tags and the URL fulfill the letter rule I guess. I don't understand why it wouldn't work for you.
