This is an idea i saw on lurkerlounge not too long ago and thought id give the idea here.
This is a timed exercise. From the moment you leave town til the time you come back, a timer will be running. Any timer that counts up is fine (stopwatch). You only have the timer running during the time you are playing outside of town. This way you can spend as much time as you need to buy stuff, rest, heal etc. Now the challenge:
The object is to complete the Horadric Malus quest in the least possible time. This quest has a clvl 9 minimum requirement so you must also reach clvl 9. Rules:
Single Player (no lag)
/Players 1 (no cheating ;) cant make it any easier on yourself)
No twinking
play by yourself
Thats it. You can use any character, buy any item, you skill and stat points as you see fit. You can post your times here and ill edit this post with a top score (if we get that many people to actually do this). I have no idea what the purpose of this is :D its just a fun thing to do to get away from the endless baal/diablo/<insert monster> runs (which i know is the stage im at in my characters... err... life). Ill be doing this too, i just havent finished yet (im 22 minutes into a paladin doing this)
Fastest Times:
None yet
