Drink-Lemonade. Can be substituted with water.- It's cool and the sourness keeps you focused
Food-Lunch meat sandwich. Can be substituted with lettuce or cucumbers if vegitarian- It isn't hot and it won't make your hands geasy/sticky plus it leaves very little splatter if you hear "nuclear launch detected"
Snack-Powerbar- if you're in the middle of a tense attack and don't have time to take your hands off the keybord to take a bite out of your sandwich, a powerbar or any other kind of dense energy bar won't hinder your micro as much. It also gives you something to bite on if you get really stressed out (like I said before, powerbars are dense).

I always just thought that marines ate that astronaut toothpaste stuff whenever they found the time.
Zerg probably eat decaying flesh or get energy from the omnipotency that controlls them.
And do Protoss even eat?
Anyone can say with me: gaming addiction?
If you don't have time to eat and play at strictly distinguished times... then, alas my boy, you got yourself hooked (in playing). :(

Hey, i havent seen DB post in a while.
Marine: Well us 'rines like to eat chow in the starcraft world. We heat up our rations whenever we can catch a break. Sometimes we roast a zergling and have a grand 'old barbecue.
Hyrdalisk: "Yehzzzzz. Tender Human skin....... better when fresh. You hear the human scream as you tear apart his skin and eat him alive......"
Zealot: "Erm.... we dont have mouths."

Are you holding a grudge against me, Basan? And Thoz, I should have been more clear that this is meant for the player. This is semi-hilarious, The Azn. I was completing a post when you said I hadn't been posting lately.
And Basan, I have much more to my life than games. Forums and games only represent a small portion of my day.

I have better things to do than hold a grudge, particularly against a person over the 'Net, to whom have barely came across and know (in foruming terms).
Instead I was just presenting my alert on to ya, since unfortunately it wasn't that unfamiliar to me. I admit to have been a lil' addicted to a certain game a few years back and had a few of the same 'showed' symptoms. :P

I had to eat during games too, not because i couldn't get off the game and go to the kitchen but since dinner was ready when the most people were on bnet. But i ate only dinner like that and i've never had anything spilled since my enemies usually don't get nukes.

getting up to get food while playing sc is a waste of time! i gotta play sc! no time to eat just learn to ignore ur stomach pain it is quite easy heres 3 easy steps
1) don't think about food. ur playing sc who has time to think about food u gotta micro
2) u can make the pain of being hungry seem less by cutting ur self. the best place is just below the elbow + u can wear a sweater to hide the cuts
3) death ain't so bad as long as u pwn noobs while living. i mean really if u live without pwning noobs is that truely living?

Actually what i meant by "You havent post in a while" was, litterly, you havent posted in a while. Not on this thread, but in total, we havent seen you much on the forums since june or july. Or was it august. Whatever.

If you're like me, you get the munchies while playing a game. It is to these people that this thread "caters" :D . If anyone is willing to submit other nutritional guides, go ahead. also, if anyone is willing to test this during a game, this would be very helpful because I have had only one person test it (me).

I havn't eaten at all while playing sc. Mainly because: food >>>>>>>> starcraft. I mean really who in their right mind would give up steak, fried potatos and corn on the cob just to play a game?

Well, this is EXTREMELY unreccomended, and I want to get this across now that I am in no way legally liable if you sustain any personal injury, but some diet pills keep you from getting hungry.

*raises hand*
Try burritos! (no taco bell crap though (or should I say...craphola?:P)
Seriously though, I tend to eat at different times than I play Starcraft. Sometimes I have like, some dessert from after dinner that I eat while on Bnet, but that's about it.
