There are LOTS of ways to improve starcraft, graphics gameplay multiplayer ect.
But what about improving those minor details. Marines should say more than "you want a pice of me boy" and actual helpful sayings like "thier attacking the command center"
So please post any minor details that you want starcraft 2 (or expantions) to have

If Marines said something like "they're attack our command center" everytime you click on them, they would mislead alotta people eh?

Welcome to Warboards, Snoflake. Helpful sayings could be useful in a use map settings game, but it could be very annoying in a regular game, so being able to turn that off is a must. Just imagine a bunch of marines screaming "WE NEED REINFORCEMENTS" when you purposely sent them on suicidal scouting missions?

Some ingame option restricting (like turning off diplomacy for 1vs1 games so they can't use ally mines) would also be nice.

A programming language-like trigger editor, which allows the player to define variables and make more complex maps.

Increasing the supply limit and allowing the player to select more than 12 units at once would be nice.

I like the idea of having more to say... but it doesn't have to be helpful by any means.

Marine training sayings could include: "All righty, on to the real thing!", "It'd be time to fight mayhem with mayhem!", "You want a piece of me, boy?!"
Attack: "It's what's for breakfast!", "It's what's for lunch!", "It's what's for dinner bitch!" XD
And a few others that I can't think of right now...

Ghost selection could include "You called?", "Bring em on.", "Call the shot.", "Seems you need me", etc.

Firebat movement: "Ahaha right", "Kinky!", "Ohh... It'll be niiice!"
Attack: "Comin' in hot!", "Illuminatin'!", "Sounds like a festival!"
Selection: "I like attention", "Where's the steam to be comin' from?!"
Training: "Need a light?", "Need a wise guy?!", "The best disposal method!"

Hydronaught training: "Need a cool guy?!" <--- yea... I know it's lame but I can't think of any other word that's a single syllable and seems to fit. =P

* More Critters.

* More interactive doodads, like the doors in the installation maps.

* Terran Gosth, Marine and Civilan should have different dying screams.

Variable attack animations would be sweet. Like a zealot not just jabbing the same way every time, but also chopping and making an uppercut now and then.

Some broader ramps and better unit pathfinding. If a unit can't find it's way, it shouldn't start having spasm attacks and run to the middle of nowhere.

And also, unit behaviour modes. Think 'Age of Empires. Put them in defence or attack mode, as well as hold position.

Lol yea. Plus we already have a annoucer that notifys when we are being attacked. If you dont notice your annoucer saying that, then your a really bad SC player.

One thing that people dont think of is some Aggresive stances and formations.

Isnt it annoying when you place Tanks near your enemies base and they start chasing them yourself. You have to push Hold position, regroup the lost tanks together and hold them again. Instead you could have a defualt stance where it could be defensive, or guradian where they would stay near there directed orders.

More Critters would be nice, terrain and doodads.

Six or more portrait slots. It was strange while one hero needed to be hidden for another to be shown. Like with Aldaris and Artanis on BWProtoss04 or late missions in original Terran campaign.

I like the idea of being able to select more than 12 guys, and it would be pretty cool if you could use a headset and talk (like in wow) and would also pwn if you could use your own music traks while playing. If you can do that then will somone tell me how, b/c my comp is weerd?

I don't see a need for that. All you need to do is this:

1) Play a song
2) Open Starcraft
3) Play
4) Minimize Starcraft (optional)
5) Manually Change songs (optional)
6) Keep playing

Please note that diverting your attention during a match is done so at your own risk.

Or just set up a play list of the songs you want so you don't have to manually change the songs.

What do you think about a player loan minerals or gas to an ally player? It would make the game more dynamic.

Sometimes a player, after a heavy attack, has no a Nexus, Hactery or Command Center left to stay playing, nor minerals enough to build another. But if the player has a SCV/Probe/Drone, it would be able to build one, if it's able to ask for some minerals to an ally player.

Do you think money transaction is a nice idea?

How about researching the ability to mine more efficienly. Having drones that carry more minerals in one run would come in handy. Also being able to see through the eyes of your men (might be possible with protoss and zerg with the psionic links and all, terrans would have cameras on their armor).
