The precept is simple; take two member names and combine them in some way to produce humorous results.

For example, one might combine AJ and Schwitzer to produce Auschwitz (? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auschwitz)), but it would be much more amusing to combine GenocideAlive and ProtossChick99 to get GenocideChicks.
