world map editor

Hi, could anyone help.
is there instructions for warcraft3 reign of chaos world map editor.
im a newbee so i need step by step instructions.

Using World editor is hard at first but just open someone else's map and look at their triggers, regions, terrian, units for an easy refrence from the pro. Thats how i found out how to use it cuz no-one would tell me how to use it.
