Please test this map I've been making for the past month, I need suggestions and comments and constructive criticism, but if you just play it I will be appreciative. It's not finished yet, so I want some suggestions before I finish. Thanks ^^

Here's the info, map download at bottom:


Snow Escape RPG

(I'm trying to think of a better name)

Briefing:

Your ship was destroyed by a missile turret and crashed in the middle of nowhere... or so you thought.

With only a handful of survivors left, you find yourself in enemy territory, where they are performing secret experiments.

Report what you've seen... if you can make it out alive.

Information:

Anyways, it will be a great improvement from my last Installation Escape 2 map.
What you will see:

Playable units:
Vulture (Snowmobile)
Marine (Semi Machine gun)
Siege Tank (Tank)
Ghost (Sniper Rifle)
Goliath (Snow Walker)

Planned playable units:
Dragoon?


Planned Skills:

Dragoon - Shoot twice as fast ?


Finished Skills:
Vulture - Throw remote mines around you, damaging all nearby units around you to 25% hp. Has a recharge time of about 75 seconds, and a cost of 6 minerals.

Tank - Siege Mode

Ghost - 100 energy cost for lockdown, 200 energy cost for cloaking (don't use it that much!)

Goliath - Use a Psi signal targetting all nearby enemies, disrupting their communications and confusing them rendering them confused and defenseless. They won't attack for 8 seconds. Has a recharge time of about 75 seconds and a cost of 3 minerals


NEW:

Medpack Transfer - FINISHED

Mineral Transfer - FINISHED

Ban System - FINISHED

A storyline XD - Work in Progress (won't be done until entire map is done :/ )

Skills - 100% done

Difficulty Meter:
If survivors command 1 semi machine gun, then less enemies will be on the map.
If survivors command 5 semi machine guns, then more enemies will be on the map.
Etc, etc.
100% done

OTHER:

Medpacks and Upgrades - 100% done

Terrain - 80% done

1-5 players
Terrain: Snow
Size: 256x256

PS: It may seem easy, but if the more players the harder (especially against ranged units, you will need to make sure no one goes too far ahead by themselves)

good, but at the end where your at the top right corner the conversation with thje door keeper never finishes. it freezez bvecause of the pause.

this game is impossible to win wif 1 person... quite good.

Not really, you just gotta be really skilled. It's best to play with 2 or 5 people, because it's more exciting and fast paced since there are more enemies

Stay near or behind the door and use your medpacks when you get hurt. Make sure to hotkey your barracks!

It's a decent map. I've yet to beat it.The medpacks are evenly placed however it's impossible to beat the second zerg area. (the one that has 2 sunks at it)

Also you should make the medpacks dissapear after picking them up. And you need to create the defeat trigger after a player dies.

Anyways, there's one place that has 3 sunks, and the other one has 4 sunks. Are you talking about the one thats inside the door on the left?

Well, I don't have a defeat trigger so people can stay and watch the game after they die. If all people die I'll make a defeat trigger, so thanks for the reminder.

Hmm, I'll try to make the 3 sunks area a bit easier for 1p.
With 2 players you just have 1 guy get a tank and it's easy.

Medpacks will stay because multiple people pickem up, but I might do it as a touchup.

Then it was probably the area with 3 sunks and I only saw 2.

Shit, ran into a problem. I've placed over 255 triggers. This will take another day or two to get back again :(

Sorry for triple post, but here it is! It's like 97% done, if I ever decide to be unlazy and combine more triggers so it can be better it will be 100% but for now...
