Cant get pp and Blauncher working

I need help to download and install Bwlancher, with plugins. i dled it, and have the .exe on my desktop. could someone give me step-by-step instructions on how it works and how to get pp working? i cant seem to get penguin-plug working

Well it's pretty straight forward. Simply open up the exe you downloaded and install the program. After that you should see a bwlauncher incon on your desktop (unless you elected not to have one there) open it up and you'll see a menu. Select which version of starcraft you're running and make sure that pp for 1.14 is on (actually you can check all four of them and you'll have no problems). And click on the "Launch" button and it'll start starcraft.

wait ill reinstall because currently theres no pp in the menu. ill ge and reinstall. thanks shells.

edit: hmm still experiencing troubles. cant seem to get "apmlive" working. someone told me to check the menu and allow the command, but cant find menu. oh, and does apmlive only work if the other person has bwlauncher? if so that might explain alot. but everytime i went on bwlauncher and went

it just kept on saying "this is not a valid command"
