Capture streaming music from flash...

I'd like to be able to record some music from a flash video, and I was wondering whether it was possible to record the music directly from my computer without having to set up a microphone next to my crappy speaker for an even crappier quality file, as well as what program to use. Freeware FTW

You should be able to use something like Audacity and set it to capture whatevers being sent out of the "output" channel. For my Audigy 2 Soundcard, that channel is labeled "What U Hear" and can be recorded with any sound recording program such as Audacity - but I know for a fact that standard sound cards don't have chanels labeled "What U Hear" but rather something like "Stereo Out" or whatever.
