Alright, I figured I'd start it now, using a good Idea CBM gave me, and seeing as e everyone is getting inpatient...

STORY:

The 1st Halo has been destroyed, Supposedly, now, Earth is safe.

But we were wrong, We didn't even stop to think.

The Flood...

Somehow, they learned how to control A.I., Using some sort of Covenant Hacking tech.

The got to her, Cortana. Into Master Chief's MJOLNIR. The Subdued Cortana, Driving her mad. Now, they can Control the Spartan, They can make him do what they want, against his will. His Armor is possessed by the flood, and Fused to his body.

The Flood are using his armor, to send radio waves throughout their swarm. From their base on Delta Halo, they control everything. All of the Flood... An Invincible army. The only way to stop them, is to kill the controller...Master Chief.

Don't know what an Infiltrator is? Silver armored Elites are Infiltrators and are rarely ever seen without their active camouflage generators engaged. The true rank of the infiltrator Elites are Ossoona’s, which means “Eye of the Prophet”. They are sent on special missions that are personally issued by the Prophets themselves.

Don't know what an Energy Garrot is? The Elites special stealth weapon. It is a small, two-piece cylinder that splits apart in the middle. A green energy arc appears between the two cylinders and is used to choke and burn an enemy quietly from behind.

Second off, I dont think you'd be allowed a beam sword if you're part of the UNSC.

Third, a non-Spartan would be torn to peices if they used any form of MJONLIR armor.

Fourth, why would an 11 year old be friends with the Master Cheif?

5th Rp's are usually done in 3rd person, not 1st.

Sixth, I dont think you should be playing Halo if you're only 11.

Also, it would take decades to attain the rank of General, Jr or otherwise.

And the only reason John 117 uses a Beam Sword is because he is strong enough to take fire until he can reach the enemy. A standard Marine without a rechargable energy sheild would only be able to kill a few enemies. Added to that, many Elites carry Beam Swords, and are able to lift several tonnes. They would easily be able to overpower a human adult, never mind an 11 year old. Even without a Beam Sword, an Elite would be able to avoid a Beam Sword weilded by a human and give a swift strike to the head or chest of a human, killing them or knocking them senseless.

So rethink you're character.

Oh, and I retract my earleir stament about the MJONLIR armor. A normal human is able to use any version before Mark 4. Though Mark 1 was cumbersome, and required direct contact with a Nuclear Reactor, and thus was used only for work in dangerous environments. Marks 2 and 3 where very similair, though they where slightly more protective, mobile, and useful. Dispite these improvements, the MJONLIR armor never saw use on the feild until the Spartans first used Mark 4.

Oh, and the legal limit for joining the military is 17, with the exception of the SPARTANs. But that's only because they needed to start early if they ever wanted to see action. If they started at 17 instead of 6, the MC would be about 50-60. But even the SPARTANs didn't see a mission until they where about 16.

Well, the Master Cheif IS the best Spartan, none of the other's where nearly as good as him. A normal Spartan in Mark V is the equivilent of a recruit elite, and this guy was a veteren (red) elite. Added to that, the Spartans where wounded in the fight that killed the elite's squad. Still, I'll edit it to 4 Spartans

Even if this is an alternate storyline there is no way for the Flood to make Cortan go crazy and take control of the Master Chief's armor. There is no way to remotely controll the Mjonlnir armor. Cortana, has been through alot. In First strike when they take the covenant crusier, Cortana mulitpies her self and takes over the covenant ship, so she can multi-task and learn how to operate the covenant ship. Also the A.I. of the Covenant ship screws around with her and makes her more crazy, like some peeps have said it's the volume of info she has in her memory that is making her act weird. And don't forget the Halo info also! And the stuff that happened to her on the second Halo. So all in all I think she is loosing it and I could see her being over powered in a way that would put MC in jeopardy.

I have 1 question. If the arbiter is the best elite how come the other arbiters before him all died? Being an arbiter is basically suicide.

The Prophets said it themselves that all previous Arbiters were made and consumed in extreme crisis. The office of Arbiter is also reserved for high-ranked Elites who have shamed themselves and are selected to be redeemed through death.

While i try to stay out of these debates it does seem a good place to throw in my two cents. I thoroughly enjoy the halo series and even though i never read the books, i can tell you that this does look hideously stupid. I am typically all for creativity and originality, but this is just an insult to our intelligence and the series it was ripped off from. If you want to be creative, do it, but within reason, don't totally destroy an established universe. Also as to your point on not being in any RP's so not being able to judge, well, you must consider several things, there are RP's as of late that have been started that are low quality, both their story and the people who joined them. They are good places to get a start and work on some basic skills but most of the people in them are new to the RP's and the experienced players try to stay away from them. Also you must bear in mind that people don't have to be in an rp to read the posts, so while you may not be the greatest RPer now, that doesn't mean that you can't improve, but be careful of what toes you step on in the process of improvement, because people don't take kindly to stupidity, this goes for destroying stories and universes as well as insane characters like our ninja spartan 11 year old general here. Thats just ridiculous.

Because this is an RP forum, not a fan fiction forum. This is also why video game-based RPs are a bad idea: it must fit the storyline, or else it will not work unless you suddenly have a dedicated force of players who are willing to play something that doesn't even make sense.

Of course I knew about the garrot, i've read each book three times and the graphic novel twice. I've read every scrap of Halo information I can find simply because I get bored and have a few hours of spare time at the end of the day.
