sometimes i think it'd just be easier to host IRC on the actual warboards server.

that would be ideal, but maybe not on the actual wb.org server. i recall this being hosted on a shared box.

irc.etg.com always times out. I swear, it happens like every other day. Pick a different address, or ip. Personally I use that one from maryland or whatever.

using the ip doesnt help. the dns resolves, but said ip itself times out.
we shouldnt need to use hacks like this just to access irc.

Haha, etg Florida server just went offline and dropped half the users in the channel. :D
