Im super uber sorry if this has come up so dont attack me if it has....

My cousin JUST got the WC3 Battle Chest, it installed fine and it works...until he tries to play a game, wether its campaign or B.Net....I dont know the error message because he lives 1700 miles away, but I know that he is crashing, he is currently skimming tech support sites and yadda, and I was just wondering if all my buddies here at WB could help....so if yall have any suggestions or what not please give them, thanks!

Has he updated the WC3 Battlechest (http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=mwr0744p) successfully (when connected/tried to B.Net)? And if he's using dial-up he's going to have an hellacious trouble to get the game to the last patch version, although I suggest him to use the link I've just provided. ;)

He doesnt have Dial-Up I think he just didnt restart his computer so the game didnt work right ^^ now he can play some online games, but for some reason I tried hosting DoBRP8 for him and his game froze up when it didnt for other games....so he doesnt crash when enters just ANY game but anyway to make him be able to play ALL of them?

Is that map known to be more demanding than regular maps, custom or otherwise? ;)
For instance, I do recall a few campaigns from CC.org (http://www.campaigncreations.org/) had required higher PC spec's than the game usually does (http://www.blizzard.com/war3x/).

Edit add: The link to CC.org is dead... or so it seems. :P

Honestly that sounds like graphics driver issues, not b.net / War3 issues.

Anything more specific that you could say?
