I myself chose Ice; The power to freeze an oponent and let them die a slow death!

Ok, just because you don't want any spam...I choose Fire (burning) because it's associated with hell. Not that I feel like hell, or want to be there or something like that, I just like Diablo...

I'm going with lightning. It is commonly associated with extreme speed, which is always good, and the supreme destructive power...ahhh...

Why make them slow? Why kill them slowly by burning them? Why not INSTANT ONE-HIT DEATH AND DESTRUCTION? Quick, effective, and makes a really NICE impression.

Lightening, but it would have to be blue. I must have the following abilities:

- Cast a bolt 100 ft in diameter with an extreme charge at myself (causing a power up) or an opponent (more or less instant death)

- Always be electrified, however I don't show it. I appear to be neutral until, lets say, I put my hand on a metal pole which is leaning against a wooden shack. Shack = Gone. In the rain, lightening jumps from drop to drop making its way to my opponent.

- Ability to make things charged. Example: I can take a metal pole, give it some of my charge, then either throw it at my opponent, thus dealing explosive damage, or leave it somewhere which one of the following will happen: it will explode on contact of another being, explode after a set amount of time, explode when I want it to

- Ability to generate negative electricity. Dont know what that means, but it's ownage, and I want it.

Else, fire. Seering, 1 x 10^10000 °C, fire. Melting anything and everything. Creating a burning heat around me, causing everything to turn to cinders in a split second.

To much power and you'll hurt yourself. Your modified body would have its limits. To much heat and you melt, to much electricity and you overload, and to much cold and you break.Lightening, but it would have to be blue. I must have the following abilities:

Where's earth? I have always been a fan of the earth element (though it's usually not represented, as here). Controlling growth of living things, trees, the earth, summoning golems, moving mountains. Too cool to pass up.

I chose lightning because the ability to absorb electrons from anything is quite cool. Although I would get quite a charge if I ever touched something, unless I was able to channel the electrons into the ground as I absorbed then. That would be cool.

Lightning is too good. It has speed, can start fires, and can give huge amounts of shock, and the temperature is VERY hot.

I was assuming from Relinas example that we are trying to defeat an enemy. If it is for how it would help in day to day chores then I choose fire because I can heat food any where I want.

Plus imagine you go to a hill and you create an ice slide going down! Or you can skate to school or work! :)

What is fire? The reaction that occurs in in a number of ways and just like us will spread, consume, destroy and eventually die. But it also brings new life.

Lightening is crisp clean and deadly...but it has to silvery white lightening with electricity jumping from the eyes :D

C____ + O2(g) ---> CO2(g) + H20(g) + Energy (heat)
Carbon(something) + Oxygen ---> (produces) Carbon Dioxide + water + energy.

Something combines with Carbon, and follows that forumula. Like H4 in the underline, so it is CH4 + O2 ---> CO2 + H20 + Energy.

Then you have to balance it.

CH4 + O2 ---> CO2 + 2H20 + Energy

So that is how fire works. :)

So lighting > fire and iceLighting cannot crack/melt ice. Lightning cannot affect ice.
Fire can melt ice, but lightning can do anything to ice.

You seem to be two years older than me, so you should understand it. Oh well, np. Fire/Combustion is when Carbon forms up with something to create a fuel (take propane, which is what I used, I think so anyways.). Then it just follows the formula. Easy! :)

Destroy water, and ice. Akin to fire, but is able to create fire. Does worse damage to cells then fire, and plus, I could power my toys durring blackouts +1 :D
